“The thing that stood out the most was how incredibly quiet everything seemed. No doors slamming, nobody talking in the halls outside your room, no toilets flushing in the room above, no TV's blaring in the room next door. It all made for a very relaxing stay. I realize this type of construction does not come cheap, and the rates reflect that fact, but it is well worth the expense.”

“前台冷淡，入住時發現，浴室裡沐浴乳架整個掉落在浴缸裡，塑膠碎片四處飛濺，打電話告知櫃檯時，工作人員語氣冷漠，並提前掛我電話，令人非常無語。隔天下大雨，窗台邊踏腳板滲進雨水，地毯潮濕一片，一樣打電話告知櫃檯希望能送幾條毛巾給我們，讓地毯的水份暫時吸收，阻止繼續蔓延，口頭答應後當晚也沒有送來毛巾，幸好雨勢轉小，沒有釀成更嚴重的危機。住宿當中，房務整理後當天，發現床上的耳機不見，一樣打電話告訴前台，麻煩幫忙問一下房務是否有看到耳機，電話中答覆會再詢問並回電，直到退房也沒有任何消息。最後退房時，櫃檯人員一邊嚼著口香糖，一邊工作，完全不符合星級飯店的門面印象。 雖然飯店很美，房間小但是舒適，但是這樣的服務態度，令人失望，如果不講求溫暖溫度，尚可入住體驗周邊樹林湖泊的美好，但若有問題需要請飯店幫忙，則自求多福。 未來不會再入住喜來登系列飯店，以上為個人經驗分享，希望只是特例，運氣不好的我恰巧碰到。 ”

“Nice employee and good position for local traffic”

“Bar staff members were great! As were the other staff. Love the outdoor patio with fire tables. Several very good restaurants within walking distance. Room was very nice. We did eat breakfast as it was a bit pricey. One thing I suggest is that coffee and water be available in the lobby for all guests not just those eating breakfast. Complementary water and Kurig coffe were available in the room. Would stay again and highly recommend. ”

“The gentleman at the front desk was amazing. The obly issues inhad was there were crumbs all throughout the sofa and in the pull out sofa bed and the drain in the tub barely drained. ”
