「The room was cold when we arrived and the radiators were ineffective. Fortunately it was warmer when we returned from dinner.
The bureaucracy associated with online check in was excessive ie submitting passport details and photo, and precise checkin time. info from three different organisations, and lists of instructions and rules for check in and out. I like to book and turn up on the day.」

「When we arrived, we were given a studio room instead of the one-bedroom apartment I had booked. The receptionist told us to contact the booking platform. I reached out to the online customer service, and Mary Ann M. was assigned to assist me. However, she couldn’t reach the local property. It took forever to sort out the problem.
I asked for a phone number to call because the online chat was too inefficient. She gave me a U.S. number, so I made an international call — but it turned out to be...

「We stayed in room 5 which was very spacious and clean. Nice modern room with tv. Check in was very easy and car parking space on the drive was £12. We went to a concert at Wembley which was a short uber ride away. Would definitely stay again. 」
