“The room was clean and comfortable, & the facility was nice. BUT the staff was incredibly rude when we tried to check in early. I understand that they don’t always have rooms available early, but instead of just saying that, the staff laughed & mocked us for attempting to check in a couple of hours early. If we hadn’t had already paid online, we would’ve stayed somewhere else.”

“Hotel was okay but in a weird spot. Not much around it so you will need to drive for supper, etc. The room was clean and quiet but we did wake up stuffy from something in the room. Wasnt too impressed that some homeless people are sleeping in their vehicles in the parking lot.”

“Unfortunately we were disappointed. We have been traveling for over a week and don’t generally stay in an hotel that costs this much, but thought we would treat ourselves. Originally, I called the hotel’s direct reservation line to book a room. Agent told me there was only one room available and it would be $400. I had looked on Expedia and saw the same room for $300. I told the agent that and she rudely said that on-line sites are not updated and proceeded to try to get me to book. I told her I……

“Breakfast area guy did a fantastic job, rooms are old , seating is sparse, just needs an update, and replace the bible that was gross ! Pool wasn’t much of a pool…”

“Only one star because they had a lock on the door. Tv didn’t work, toilet wasn’t attached to floor, room was horrible, not as advertised! Do not stay unless it’s the last option”

“The price was by far the best feature. The room did not contain a wastebasket. There was a TV on the wall but no sign of a controller to operate it. The air conditioner was very noisy. There were clean towels and a bar of soap, that was nice.”

“Always a wonderful stay with my family and dog , onto twenty dollar per night pet fee and no incidental just card hold. Nice pool areas rooms are decent bed always comfortable we always stay here during or sports season”

“Our room was clean and tidy. The sofa bed is a nice addition for the room use. The bathrooms were spotless and the walk in shower is very user friendly and safe. Sarah, who checked us in, was very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking and access to our room was very easy. The breakfast was hot and filling and there were plenty of choices. They did a good job meeting the needs of dietary restrictions. The location made us easy to get around Helena to our various events.”
