“Perfect [very] small and very basic place to crash for a night and move onto the next stop in the AM. Clean, staff was pleasant and communicative and had amenities including a small store. Main downsides is that there is barely if any food options in the area so would suggest to pick up something on the way there or pick your own. It’s also a popular stop for truckers to catch some sleep for the night so sometimes the vehicle traffic can be loud. Bathroom and shower are very small and basic [not……

“Air conditioning didn’t work properly but luckily it wasn’t a hot time of year and the window opened for good air flow”

“The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However the check-in process is terrible. There are no actual human beings working on the property. The key pad on our door wasn't working properly and we had to call someone to remotely open our door every time we entered. We have stayed here before and liked it but with this change to zero staffing, AI communication, and difficulty with the remote entry we won't be staying here again. And we come to Manitou Springs at least once a year. Time to……

“Nice quiet and clean”

“Our room was the first room onto the Main Street and it was as extremely noisy from vehicle traffic. They could not relocate our room”

“This was not a Lodge in any sense of the word. These are barracks designed to house oil field workers. There was no one to check in with and had to call the number and then wait at least 20 minutes for a disinterested person to tell me what unit I was in. I would have left but there was a no refund policy and I was exhausted from driving. Grimy floor, stove, drawers, and a general funky smell. When I checked the reviews, someone had posted a 10/10 which to me means that they must have stayed……

“The place is clean, and the rooms are spacious, which is a plus. However, the hotel seems to be built with low-quality materials because you can hear almost every noise from neighboring rooms and the hallways. The lack of soundproofing makes it difficult to rest and enjoy a peaceful stay. Although the cleanliness and room size are good, the noise is a major issue that needs improvement.”
