"I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the severe issues my family experienced during our recent stay. Unfortunately, the conditions and service failures we encountered made this one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Due to the extent of the problems and the significant disruption to our stay, I am formally requesting a full refund. Upon arrival, the hotel strongly smelled of cigarette smoke despite numerous non‑smoking signs. The odor permeated the hallway as well as our bathroom. When we reported this, we were provided a can of deodorizing spray and instructed to use it outside our room—an inappropriate and inadequate response to a sanitation and air‑quality concern. We also discovered that the whirlpool bath in our suite was non‑functional. Although we notified staff, no solution, repair, or alternative accommodation was offered. Throughout the first evening, approximately 50–60 individuals occupied the pool area directly below our balcony. The noise level was excessive to the point where we could not hear the television, and our 7‑year‑old child was unable to sleep. Additionally, the pool water was extremely cold and unusable, and there were no pool towels available. The following day, our toilet malfunctioned. While it was eventually repaired during our absence, we were initially offered only a plunger. Our room was also not serviced—no fresh towels, no trash removal, and no replenishment of basic supplies. This required another trip to the fr"

"The outside of the property looked nice. The staff at the front desk was ok. The room was another story. There was mold flakes on the bed from the a/c unit. The tv was so small and all the cords were hanging out. The wallpaper was peeling away from the wall all along the top in the bathroom and no Kleenex. There was a missing light when you walked into the room just a metal piece sticking out of the wall. Someone’s food was left in the refrigerator. The microwave was very gross and hadn’t been cleaned. The couch had stains on the cushions. When we went down for breakfast that was all full and a variety of things to choose from. The fruit bowl was not desirable at all. I definitely would not stay here again. When I spoke to the lady at the front desk she said they were due for a remodel / renovation soon. She said please give us another try. "

"Very nice and comfortable hotel. The staff is pleasant and helpful and there is plenty of parking. There is literally everything that you could possibly want to eat within two miles and plenty of places to shop for whatever you need. This is my second time staying there and I will come back again when I’m in the area. I didn’t find the traffic noise that other people complained about to enter my room and I’m a light sleeper. The only complaint that I have is that the lounge chair didn’t look as clean as they should be in both rooms."

"The bathroom tub was absolutely disgusting. It would’ve been a decent enough place to sleep for the night, comfortable bed, clean room but the bathroom tub was nauseating to even look at."

"Staff was completely combative over reason for deposit. I was coming from a DV situation and didn't need this manager explaining to me the reason for subsequent deposit charges. She actually yelled at me explaining WHY when I understood the reason WHY from the get go! Ugh! Ceiling leaked from above room 112 and splattered everything with water from who knows where. Lamp light did not work. Doors to hallway did not shut entirely either and being a single female, did not feel safe whatsoever. If I could give a negative response, I would. "
