Amazing little cabin nestled in the woods. Everything you need is provided by the accommodating host. Sitting on the porch overlooking the private stocked pond is as peaceful as it gets. Thousands of acres of State Forest land nearby to explore. We will return as 3 days / 2 nights was not enough.

What an amazing property. One of the quietest VRBO I have ever stayed at. The pond had tons of Bass. The property was very clean and neat. The home had everything you needed for a relaxing stay.My wife, my 17-year-old twin daughters and myself stayed for five days and had an amazing time. We will definitely return in the fall to see the leaves change colors. Part of our trip we drove up to Niagara Falls and had an amazing time, this property is only about an hour and 20 minutes from there so it’s an easy day trip. The town of Ellicottville is only about 8 miles away and has a bunch of really neat shops and great restaurants. It also has a small grocery store and gas station so you can get everything you need for your stay. We spent most of our time on the front porch, I could’ve lived out there for days. One of the most relaxing vacations I’ve had in recent memory.

Very cozy little cabin to just get away from the hustle and bustle of life for awhile. Very quiet and peaceful. Not far away from towns that have things to do. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back to stay again.

This place truly is a piece of paradise. The view is incredible and it was so peaceful and relaxing. Our dogs loved being able to run free and swim in the pond. The cabin was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. We cannot wait to go back!

The cabin was exactly as listed, but better. Though the weather did not completely cooperate the first 2 days, i would not change a thing. The walking trails in the state forest are just a short drive, or walk up the hill. It is honestly the only place we have ever stayed that Sam(the dog) slept all night without barking, including at home. We will definitely stay again. Thank you Bette...

Upon opening the door one just takes it all in and says "how cute"! The cabin was comfortable and perfect for us. The front porch is very inviting even in snow....with a hot cup of coffee while taking in the view. Bette had the cabin heat on and lights on for our night time arrival, she was very accomodating. Beautiful Property

Bette, It rained the last morning of our stay. I bundled up and sat on the porch swing, just watching it rain. A pair of white-tail doe took a stroll through the woods on the edge of the pond and the blue jays played in the trees. I could have sat there all day.
