The nicest staff you’ll ever meet. Super accommodating and always happy to assist. They will help you arrange just about anything you would like to do on the island. We stayed in the Nefeli suite and the room was amazing! Even better than the pictures show. The view from the patio was stunning! It’s also nice and quiet. Close enough and walkable to Fira, but far enough that you don’t feel like you’re in the middle of the crowds.

Location of the property is unique. Very neat and clean. Morning breakfast service and the food delivered was fantastic. Both George and Stephanos were extremely friendly and helpful. Some of the door latches are getting old and do not work well.

We had an amazing time at Dreams! The rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean and the bathrooms are spectacular. It's in a great location and I would say the best view in Santorini.

George & Merlin are great, very accommodating and helpful. They were a great resource of anything we needed during our stay. The location is great, you have privacy and it's walkable distance to great restaurants and stores. Highly recommended.

This was the most unsanitary hotel I have come across in the entire life - so much for calling itself a five star hotel

We are really sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay at Dreams Luxury Suites and the whole accommodation experience with us, even though, we offered the best service we could in order to provide you a memorable stay with us. We are very disappointed to read a review written in such a general negative tone as the only matter you inform us of was the cleaning of the outdoor jacuzzi and pool and by the time you inform us both the pool and the jacuzzi were directly taken care of should you have informed us about anything else you didn’t like we would have immediately resolved any other matters. Also, please kindly note that we have been rated with 5 stars by almost 110 travelers so it is a bit unusual to fall in all aspects that you have mentioned. As we always like to have repeating guests I hope we will accommodate you again in the future.

We loved being here - the view was spectacular and the hotel quite private while being close to the action. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were there in late November and the cost was very reasonable for the type of room.

The “Dream” is a unique property, 6 rooms only located outside of the crowd but easy to reach nice restaurants and the villages near by (of u really need). You don’t want to leave the room/ the pool/ the view...

From the check in to check this place was just amazing . The room was much more than expected and it contains everything what you need for a good holiday . The view from the suits was magnificent . It was amazing! We loved everything about our stay at Dreams. The staff was wonderful for the moment we arrived. They took great care of us and made sure everything was taken care of. They would call places and make reservations for us and no question or request was too much. The recommendations were awesome and we enjoyed the restaurants that were recommended. The breakfast was amazing and was always on time. The cleaning staff made sure the places was clean and it smelled amazing when you walked in. The view was out of this world. We enjoyed the sunset from our upper deck pool every night. It was honestly a perfect stay. We had no complaints and would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Santorini.

Great hotel with phenomenal views of the Caldera and agean sea. Staff and management was attentive and treated me like family. The staff really give you the one on one experience because it's not big of a hotel.I loved how the hotel is also in walking distant to the Capital city called Thira. The walk takes about 10-15mins where you can do shopping, book tours,rent Atv,eat at countless restaurant etc. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and will hopefully return some day.

There are a multitude of options for hotels in Santorini, but this one really stands out not only for its absolutely spectacular views from Imerovigli, but it’s amazing service (Dimitri, Marios, and the team). Very well run property, they are on top of everything; and are always there to serve your needs during your trip, whether that’s finding a good place to eat depending on your diet, booking tours or rental cars; it felt like anything can be arranged and asked for from their reception desk. Truly awesome service, I’ve never experienced more care and attention from a hotel. Yes it’s pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Location was exceptional. Views overlooking the ocean and Fira can't be beat. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful (Mario in particular). Breakfast on the deck by the pool and hot tub overlooking Fira, with the bells of the Monastery sounding in the distance, was a lifetime experience. This is truly a bucket list location!

My husband and I stayed at Dreams Luxury Suites on our honeymoon, we knew the hotel was beautiful from the pictures, but it was a whole other experience to see it in person! We loved our suite so much, we barely left. The Armonia Suite was private enough that we didn't see our neighbours, but still had the most incredible view of the Caldera. Our suite came with a pool and a hot tub and ample space for the two of us. The staff, especially Dimitriz, Marios and Yiannis were so helpful and made our stay extra special, they made sure we were always taken care of. The added touch of choosing breakfast and having it sent to your suite was such a nice touch. We loved being able to wake up, walk out of our room and have breakfast waiting on the table outside our suite.After seeing other hotels in Imerovigli, we knew we made the right decision by choosing to stay at Dreams! We cannot wait to go back one day.

First, Dimitris and the staff was without comparison. They attended to every question and request. Everything we wanted was accomplished without question. Wonderful advice was given,and they made our stay,and trip the once in a Lifetime vacation. Second, The View , !!!. By far the best view on the island , because I saw them all . Third , Location !!!. In the middle of Thira , access to all other villages was a snap. Simply said. It was , By Far , the BEST experience , My wife and I have ever had. Thank You , Dimitris , Thank You DREAMS, !!! Amazing hotel. Very friendly staff. We were upgraded to the best villa they had when they knew we were on our honeymoon. All their villas are stunning with breathtaking views. Their breakfast is one of the best we have ever had.
