The staff(especially Mario’s!)were very kind and helpful. Only thing is that the villa was quite remote and cannot go anywhere without taking taxi( which should be described when making the selection of accommodation).

The staff at Flaskos were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was a bit outside of Mykonos town center, but they offered (for a small fee) to drop you off/pick you up. Their included breakfast filled us up until dinner (it was so abundant and delicious). The view was beautiful, even if the water in the pool was a bit cold because it was early in the season.

Fans of Flaskos!
Wonderful location with beautiful views. Walking distance to a family friendly beach and bus stop though the walk is down and up 110 stairs. Easy bus ride to old town Mykonos and 1 minute hotel shuttle drive (10 euro) from the port if traveling by ferry. The hotel is beautiful and really wonderful to relax by pool, at the restaurant or on the balcony. Our room slept our family of 3 comfortably and the shower is awesome!

5 star hotel!
This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! The hotel itself was amazing; however, I've never had staff make such a difference to the quality in stay. Marios, the main person at the desk, went above and beyond more than once to ensure our comfort in our stay. He was so friendly and hospitable. The other staff (whose names I cannot recall, I apologize)... but the gentleman who provided transportation was so kind of funny and also made for a great drive. The other person who deserves commendation is the lady who served breakfast. All of these staff were AMAZING. I cannot stress this enough. Staff alone, the hotel was stunning. The pool was the perfect temperature, always clean, and had a miraculous view. The room itself was very comfortable. I don't think I could have found a spec of dirt if I tried. The distance to town was about a 5 minute drive. They provided cheap and easy transportation. I cannot stress my recommendation for this hotel enough. I travel a ton but absolutely LOVED my experience here. Thank you again for the 5 star stay!

I love the fact that I felt truly welcomed at Flaskos. The staff is attentive and friendly. From Marios and Roula at the front desk to the servers at the restaurant-all were warm, sincere people. The hotel is lovely with a rooftop pool and restaurant overlooking the sea. Our room was clean, updated, and nicely decorated. The ride to town was short and we were centrally located to explore the beaches in marvelous Mykonos. I highly recommend Flaskos.

We absolutely loved the property. ZETA WAS FANTASTIC.. The entire staff was wonderful. I would highly recommend the property. The only thing i disliked is that the pool closes at 7pm... It's beautiful at night with blue lighting but you can't swim. That was a real disappointment, but everything else was fantastic.

Great views and service!
Great location with amazing views and a beach nearby.Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean with unique island style.Breakfast was good. Bus stop 5 minutes from hotel. Do not attempt to walk to town, too dangerous with traffic and narrow roads

Flaskos was beyond amazing. From the very beginning the customer service was fantastic. The concierge gave us great tips on where to go. The room it self was very cute and comfortable with amazing views of the ocean. It was close enough to everything with beach access and was also close to the bus stop. Definitely recommend this place and we will be back.

Incredible Experience
This was by far the best hotel experience we have ever had. Zeta was so welcoming and helpful, and the entire staff was incredible. They provided transportation to and from the ferry for us and answered any and all questions we had.

the staff was extremely helpful during our stay! they would book reservations for us, give us transportation for us into town, and were overall very friendly. the staff that cleaned the rooms did an amazing job and made the room feel comfortable and clean each day. If I ever get the chance to go back to Mykonos I will be booking with them again.

Helpful staff, clean room & close to Old Town
This place was about the staff.. helpful, thoughtful and insightful. We stayed at 3 different places at Mykonos and this staff topped them all. They told us where to go, hot spots and how to get there. Bus stop is one min walk away (down some steps) and the restaurant next door was amazing!! It’s not near the party side of Mykonos but if you are on a honeymoon/with a family/etc this is a must stay. Has a beach you can see from your pool (not a bad beach). Would stay again! Thanks for the great stay.

There are not enough words to describe the level of A grade customer service that we experienced in Falskos! Zeta was very friendly, informative and accommodating! If you want to try any local restaurants they are more than willing to make reservations for you. Maria who works at the bar was always so sweet, had a smile on her face , Julia who comes in at noon was always accommodating to our needs, even when I asked for something that wasn’t on their menus! Flaskos is located outside of Mykonos town away from all the noise. You are at walking distance from the beach and from their bus stop. Their public transportation to Mykonos town is cheap and quick, they even provide air conditioning. My husband and I have already decided that we will becoming back to Mykonos and will be staying at flaskos again. We loved our experience here and would recommend it to our family and friends!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Flaskos Suites. From the moment we checked in, we received a warm welcome and Zeta was amazing in helping us with maps and local knowledge. The food and service at the restaurant was great and we loved the quiet location with steps down to the beach. The room was nice and clean and we enjoyed the ocean view patio. They arranged rides when we needed it. We will be back!
