"Let me start off by saying that the host, NK, was excellent. They responded quickly to all questions and concerns. They were very accommodating. However, upon arrival, a little past our 4pm check in time, the cleaning crew was still there, although they said they’d be done quick, we waited over 20 minutes for them to finish. "The property owner never gave me access to the house and she never answered my calls or vrbo couldn't even contact her we had purchased food to cook while we stay there from 12/27/22 to 12/30/22 so all our groceries went bad then vrbo tried to put us in a hotel and there system was down so we contacted friends to send us money for hotel stay and food..this was one of the worst experiences ever"
