Overall it was an excellent stay! With great staff, always smiling. But room could’ve used a little better cleaning, there was left over earnings and dirt on the furniture. Also some of the rooms could use updating, mirror had rust on it so did the overhead shower light. Pool was clean and awesome so was the main lobby! Within a walk to everything you need, including a nice view of lambeau field.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. There were having issues with their fire alarm system and the smoke dectectors would go off randomly. The office chair was broken which made it slightly uncomfortable to work. Water was hot for the shower but no water pressure. Would stay there again as overall these were minor and correctable.

Poor bathroom lighting but great room and layout!
I absolutely love the set up of this SpringHill Suites, with the separate sitting area with TV. It's perfect for my husband and I - he can go to bed early and I can stay up and watch TV, then he can get up early and have a comfortable place to sit and read and drink his coffee without waking me up. We've stayed at this one before and I did not remember the bathroom being so poorly lit. That is literally my only complaint about this hotel. Everything else is amazing, including the location (tons of restaurants nearby, and you can walk to Lambeau Field!) In full disclosure, I did not eat the free breakfast so I cannot comment on that. But the coffee was good!

Starting with check-in, i had a feeling this was going to be a great stay...was able to check in 90 minutes early! Desk person was super nice. Got our room key and headed up...on the second floor room 230. Walked in and it was nice, what we needed for the night. Looking out to Lambeau was a bonus! Sat on bed and everything went down hill from there. The bed sagged in the middle, hard still, pillows were feather pillows that had ZERO comfort or support. Sofa felt like a giant brick with zero give. Bathroom tiles were loose and lots of rust around the fixtures. Needless to say we will NOT stay here in the future. Bummer, great location for events!

Love how close property is to Resch Center. Have stayed twice now for concerts there. Bed is comfortable. Only complaint would be room cleanliness. Small hairs in shower, tag behind trash can on ground, candy found on desk chair. Crumbs on sofa. Clearly cleaning of room overlooked.

Location is good, front desk is friendly, bartender was not. Room was a lot dirtier than it should have been. We would stay again based on it's location. They charge for parking too when neighboring hotels don't, I could get game day/weekend charge parking but on off weekend to off set their costs is just weird. No parking garage or structure or anything. Room doors are heavy blocking out hallway noise being that its pet friendly, its a nice feature. Pool and hot tub are small and cold.

This cozy lovely hotel was a perfect end to a long day of driving. It was centrally located downtown but still easy to get to from the Interstate. We had a nice refreshing rest before starting our Door County Vacation.
