「From the moment we booked the host was exceptionally prompt with communication and was extreamly helpful in fulfilling our needs. Once we stepped into the rentaly we were overwhelmed by the spacious interior, clean and inviting. Even though we only stayed 1 night, we were absolutely thrilled with this rental. Will definately book again and refer our visitors that come to Jacksonville.」

「Location, location, location! Plus a beautiful place to stay. It is very centrally located for Old Town. The bedrooms (one is up a spiral staircase) are comfortable and roomy. The host is VERY responsive and positive and provides great information. Great location for people watching, enjoying the evenings on the balcony 」

「Perfect 2 bed 1 bath within walking distance of downtown! It's a guest house on a lot with a bigger house, but it still was separate and very private. The space was clean, and instructions clear for check in and check out. Finding the back alley for parking was a little tricky, but not bad. There was only one parking spot for this unit that I could tell, but our other guests who stayed with us left their car in the downtown city parking garage for the weekend since you only have to pay to enter...
