"Understaffed, dirty room, blood on floor and bedding, stayed for a full week and room not cleaned once even though I requested multiple times. Had to hunt down housekeeping to get my own toilet paper, soap, towels, trash can liners, everything. Put my trash outside my door or it would have never been picked up. Breakfast is nothing to race about. Out of all the days (one full week) there was bananas offered 2 times and yogurt). Juice was warm and tastes horrible. Window broken and so dirty "

"Beautiful hotel in a great location. Fun and modern but tight quarters for four with the beds against the wall which made it less convenient when sharing a bed. No closet made for suitcases on the floor but did love all of the hanging hooks and cubbies. Rooftop hot tub was fabulous and the gym was beautiful. Coffee bar was a bit slow in the morning and the bartender wouldn’t accept our son’s vertical California ID despite him turning 22 in a couple of months. Overall, would definitely stay again and recommend to others."
