Included breakfast, I had T-Bone steak and eggs. only negative was no closet or dresser, but a high up open coat rack that a 5' tall person would have trouble reaching. The bed was medium firm. Great shower. There are only 3 rooms at this hotel, we were the only ones there for 2 of our 3 nights. The rooms are right under the restaurant, but it was not noisy. 「Everything was great ! the house was clean and bright, well decorated and had everything we needed. Easy to get to and a good 'base of operations' for access to the trails in the area, moab and canyonlands. Penny was quick to answer any questions and responded in minutes. Felt welcome and at home - will be back the next time we head out to moab and have already recommended the place to friends. 」
