"Our room had a king size bed & was behind the pool. The staff was awesome & we were grateful for the pool which was stocked with towels. This was a last minute reservation & the area was very busy. My only issue would be to move the cigarette smoking just a little bit further from the front door & pool. I don’t blame the staff for this but maybe signage would help."
"The suite was amazing after having been in a 2 queen room prior without the space to lounge out, this is what we needed.
The fact that the front counter people was so attentive, providing us with razors that I had forgotten and some flossers because we ran out, was way above and beyond what I expected from the hotel.
We also were able to partake in the Wednesday night socializing, which the hotel offered up a great buffet of white chicken enchilada soup, charcuterie spread and salads of green salad, macaroni salad and potato salad. Which was all so amazing and really spoiled me into thinking I’d won the jackpot in hotel stays.
The only disappointment was that the hotel hot tub wasn’t working because they were waiting on a part, but we still were able to enjoy the heated hot tub to rest our weary bones in and relax after the days of hiking.
Over all I would give this hotel and staff a 4.9 out of 5 stars.
