“Receptionist very rude. Only had one bath towel for two people. Asked for more towels twice. Also asked for an ice bucket. Never received either one. Room was filthy. AC vents were filthy. Stains on coverlet. Toilet wax stained. We didn’t attempt the breakfast. We wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible.”

“Room and bathroom were both in poor condition and strong smell of smoking even though it was deemed as non-smoking room. The bed sheet were clean but both queen beds were on metallic frame squeaking and moving on the laminated floor making the sleeping almost impossible. Strongly not recommended”

“Easy to park, convenient breakfast, the one staff member I witnessed during my stay was very helpful, but I believe she was there running the front desk in the evening, was also running it still in the morning and working on serving all of the breakfast items. Yet, she was still pleasant and helpful. Kudos to her. The hotel was close to the airport, looked nice outside, had an easy parking lot to navigate luggage (nice and flat), and was very reasonably priced compared to others. The only thing……

“Not only did my room (Room 113) have bedbugs (I am covered in bites after less than a 6 hour stay), but the amenities are largely exaggerated at this motel. There was hardly anything available at their “continental breakfast”, and the room was visibly damaged (holes in the walls, a cracked bathroom door, non-working shower, and cigarette burns in all of the blankets). This was a hugely disappointing experience.”

“Pool was closed. Water pressure was pretty bad. It didn’t have the updated smart tvs most of the holiday inn expresses have.”
