“I was a solo traveler and really just wanted to stay in a place that was quiet and clean, this B&B was perfect. Without a doubt the room was the cleanest I have ever stayed in and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts here take pride in their accommodations and the property as a whole was very neat. I didn't get to meet the property owners but in our correspondence he did mention they live on the property. So if I needed something he would be available. I would absolutely stay here again.”

Quaint historic home in the heart of Bemus Point Village- a stroll to the water!

“We felt very welcomed in the home. Ours was a last minute reservation (within 24 hours of arrival) and things still went splendidly. The home is in a neighborhood and people waved at us; we appreciated that. The key code worked easily every time so coming and going was a breeze. The driveway is long so there is ample parking. You park right next to the front porch in front of the garage so access into the house is nearly effortless. There are about 4 steps up to the porch. The garden area is……

“What a perfect vacation! The house was beautiful and perfectly equipped. We had everything we needed, and more. The bathroom extras (feminine products, toothbrushes, razors, etc.) were a really nice touch. The beds were very comfortable, and the kids really enjoyed the hot tub.
