The door lock was broken on my room (no room key was needed to open the door) and despite 3 complaints and assurances it would be fixed it was not. When I checked out I shared my concerns with the Assistant manager who didn’t apologize and told me maintenance is on vacation. I have stayed her 3 times in the past 2 months. I said you have my number and email and no reached out to me. This room should be listed ooo.

There was No electrical outlet in the bathroom, eventhough there was a hair dryer. Without request, we were assigned a handicap room. It seemed odd there was no handicap rail in the bath/shower. The toilet lid would not stay vertical when urinating, flopping down unless held in position.

The hotel is not updated. Drapery need repair, the room smelled awful! No hair dryer, no iron. Phone did not work to call the desk. Overall not a place I would stay again…even in a bind for accomodations.

Absolutely zero water pressure, very dirty halls Elevator was not great , breakfast was a pretty minimal seemed like no effort was taken, the manager was the only bright spot- improved the water trickling from the faucet, but the shower could not be helped.

Y’all need to clean your rooms better.. found tissues behind the curtain, bathroom mirror had handprints all over it, and found a few pubes in the bathtub.. EWE. Oh and the walls are paper thin.

The staff were excellent friendly, professional,and helpful. The staff even upon arrival made the stay worth being there However the lobby was nasty and the furniture was nasty, old. The lobby wasn’t clean at all the breakfast was nasty and did not consider other others dietary restrictions. We won’t stay here again. We know that employment within the hospitality division is understaff however if you want to provide quality you must give quality to employees to maintain the quality experience in your hotel.

The property doesn’t seem to be maintained as well as other country inn and suites I’ve stayed at. I opted into staying on the first floor for easy access (I was offered a room on the 3rd and 4th floor as well) and that was a HUGE mistake. The walls were very thin, I heard everyone that entered the hotel it seemed. I was also right next to the elevator. The fridge in the room did not close properly and their tea selection for breakfast was terrible (literally only one type of tea). For me those three things along with the modest accommodations of a 2.5 star hotel warranted my 2 star rating.

The ladies at the front desk were very kind. However, the room itself needed improvement. Hardly any lighting in the room, not many plug ins, had to unplug the coffee maker and microwave to use hair tools. The lamps in the room had two bulbs and one was burnt out, same as in the bathroom-only one working bulb. Beds were comfy and appeared clean. Another complaint is that the entire property smelled like weed. The “breakfast” was not worth it. It was a waffle maker and a juice machine along with some bananas and prepackaged muffins.

The young lady working the front desk was very rude and nasty towards me . Wouldn’t let me check in then when did so put me in a dirty room when I made her aware she got rude with me saying she doesn’t care if I’m upset it’s not her hotel she said to take it out on a person name Sam who’s the manager and that he wouldn’t do anything about. I have her on video and I have pictures of the room she placed me in. I had to go to the other hotel and speak with Kristin who was very nice and professional and helped me with my issues . If it wasn’t for her this place would loose so much business

Our night was awful. The room not the cleanest. Towels had stains on them. We were on the first floor close to the lobby and we were woken up by loud noises and and banging at 2 in the morning and that lasted until about 4. This was the worst ever.

The check in staff was very nice and helpful, recommendations for food. The room was spacious but the bathroom could of been cleaner. The faucet in the sink barely reached the sink, so it was weird to was your hands. For the price I was disappointed with the breakfast.
