You will love the awesome location! This area is shady and breezy with wide sidewalks making it a pleasant stroll to see and do whatever you want — riverfront gardens, waterfall views, nature walks, coffee shops, breakfast spots, breweries, and eateries on the water — all a part of a good, downtown vibe with live music and artistic venues. Like to shop? Come on down. Or in town on business? It won’t feel like work in this town! Wonderful Location

This 2 bedroom was amazing. Plenty of room and welcoming open space for our group. Great location, very clean, and owner was very responsive. We rented 3 units and they are all amazing.

Very cool loft in ideal location!!

This place is really in a great location. Unit was really cute, but a little user difficulty with closet space. But, absolutely no windows. Felt like we were in a fallout shelter.

Great stay in Greenville

This is a great property in a prime Greenville location. The space is very roomy, very comfortable for 1 or 2 couples. Modern, loft-like, industrial-chic decor with high ceilings and beautiful refinished wood floor. Well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with large bathroom and shower/tub option. No issue with water temp or pressure.Even though you're on a restaurant-lined street (and basically across the street from the waterfall park), there was never any intrusive noise through our 4 day stay.TV was easy to use and the connection to youtubeTV allowed access to local stations.And a dedicated parking place.We have no hesitation recommending this property.

This place is located on Main St, so you can walk everywhere. There is a dedicated parking spot in back, but you may not need your car at all! Spotlessly clean with lots of open space.

Awesome location!

This is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment that is spacious, surprisingly quiet, immaculately clean and the location can’t be beat! You can easily walk to the some of the best restaurants in Greenville. Love that the Peace Center and Falls on the Reedy are also within walking distance. Highly recommend and we will definitely book again. Oh, and the manager John is the best!

Ideal Apartment for Exploring Downtown Greeneville!

My husband and I & our close friends had the pleasure of staying in this gorgeous apartment. Just as pictured, the decor, furnishings & authentic character had a cool, high-end vibe. Both couples enjoyed the large, comfortable rooms & bathrooms, and we loved sharing meals in the beautiful dining area. We all kept saying how perfect the location was for exploring all that Downtown has to offer. John was a great host with quick responses to several questions & easy check in and check out. Definitely recommend!

Location and Luxury

This 2 BR, 2.5 BA condo was better than we anticipated. Roomy living area, modern kitchen, with comfortable beds and large en suite bathrooms. Walk out the front door onto Main St a block from Reedy River Falls park. We stayed during a peak period in Greenville for half what we would have paid for a hotel in the same area. We will book this property again.
