"Booked room, got there and they were out of the rooms booked. There were a lot of broken things in the room, bathroom door wouldn’t shut. On top of that the water was brown, but safe apparently. I paid way too much."

"Nice older hotel with a friendly staff. Stay here often. Only complaints are: typical brown Greenville water and small TVs. In old downtown area that is pretty abandoned. "

"I come every year when I come visit family and each year we always receive amazing customer service and hospitality ! The rooms are always well clean ( we did find a hair bonnet in the pull out couch and a juice wrapper under the couch ) but overall room was clean ! Appreciate you guys for a pleased welcoming visit !"

"Stains on the bed,room smelled dirty! Holes all in the wall in the bathroom! I hated it and couldn’t leave quick enough!"

"This is the perfect place if you have a large group. The bedrooms are spread out into wings which allows for privacy and plenty of space. We have stayed several times and enjoy the home every time we stay. It’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood. If you love to cook, like I do, you will fall in love with this kitchen! We Highly recommend this home. "
