“Good breakfast. Room was not the cleanest and the bathroom fan was not operational which kept the bathroom pretty damp the rest of the day after 4 showers in the morning.”

“Construction still ongoing and nothing seems to get completed. Parking lot full of equipment and storage containers - parking is a mess. Rooms are outdated and not maintained Beds are lumpy and very uncomfortable - A/C would never cool off and cycled constantly- very noisy. Phone had the message light flashing and after several attempts to contact front desk, I went down and asked her to clear it - her solution was just unplug it! I felt sorry I bothered her from her phone.. The cost……

“We stay here each time we travel through Amarillo. Staff is very kind and courteous. Room was clean. The location of the hotel is quiet and easy access to the highway.”

“I am not angry early riser and appreciate breakfast until 10. And the food was great. The staff is super nice. There is a happy hour and free cookies in the afternoon. Very nice stay.”

“For starters I asked for a handicap room like we stayed in the previous weekend but to no avail. 1. The beds in the room 103 are 3+ foot off floor (my 91yr. mom needed a bench to get up in to the bed, my husband fell out of the bed, and I pulled on the sheets to help me get up into the bed). 2. Step in shower instead of a walk in (mom didn’t take a shower). 3. No hand rails 4. The things that should of been hot on the breakfast buffet were cold (eggs, biscuits, gravy was watered down and……

“I only get to stay at a Hyatt Place once every two years and this location was everything the experience was desired to be. The helpful staff, clean space, unbelievable breakfast, spacious and modern room, top notch amenities…this location couldn’t do anything better than they already have. Incredible one night stay and wish I could have stayed longer. Well done guys. Two thumbs way up.”

“Perfect place to stay for our stop over heading back to Round Rock. Darling room, nice big TV, clean room, and walking distance to the Big Texas steakhouse ranch right next door. We had the king bed room and it was very nice. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Got bit by ticks”

“Needs a good deep cleaning. We stayed here when the place was new and liked it. Came back and they have not kept up on the property. It needs a good deep cleaning. The breakfast was average. The person that was filling the breakfast never came out to clean tables while we were down there for about an hour. Overall well probably not return. It was also very noisy at night due to our room being right next to the freeway.”

“No pool was the only thing. I knew that going in, but didn’t realize my daughter would be upset by it.”

“Last minute reservation.. assigned to first floor. LOUD LOUD LOUD. Paper thin wall. Our room 1124 was adjacent to housekeeping, you can hear every conversation from the staff. Food and drinks are overpriced from what you get, however beer on tab was tasty! Wife was happy to leave and not return!”
