“Samantha was a perfect host. Very responsive and accommodating. We didn’t plan to spend much time at her cute cottage since we had several outdoor events on our list. We arrived on a Friday early evening and checked out Sunday morning. Mother Nature had another plan and rained on us during our only full day there. This allowed us to spend several awake hours in the cottage. It is so peaceful and we enjoyed everything (I even took a nap)! The bed is comfy and even satisfied my bed-snob husband.……

“Great cozy cottage for the Battenkill bike race. Fully stocked, great views and location. Wish the weather was better to really enjoy the out side fire pit and deck. Absolutely would recommend!”

“The rental was clean, comfortable. Met our needs completely. Easy walking distance into town and the venue we went to.”

“Had a nice stay. House was very clean. Had everything we needed. Would stay again.”

“This place was perfect! We went to concert at SPAC, very close and easy to find. The cabin was clean and welcoming. Comfortable bed and great water pressure in shower. Perfect for a couple or girls night out. Thank you Richard and Denise for the snacks. Would 100 percentage go again.”

“Excellence communication from the Host. The place was spotlessly clean. I would stay here again next time I’m in the area!”

“Beautiful place”

“From their mountain, I had a clear view of sunrise. In my small house (one of four), at the foot of my bed, I had a picture window into the woods and the setting sun and moon. I was so happy! The smell of fireplaces was in the air. The home was picture-perfect in everything I needed to be comfortable and up-to-date. I could live in this house! The friendly, helpful hosts greeted me upon arrival. I should have taken advantage of the wellness amenities--meals, yoga, sound bath. I hope to return……

“I was looking for a quiet place to deepen my meditation practice, and Sowilo was perfect for that. The hosts were welcoming, and the food was very good. I enjoyed my time in silence and waling through the woods.”

“The house was perfect! Nice set up for us. Beds were comfy and it was just a few minute drive to downtown Saratoga Springs and the tracks. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Great place for a weekend getaway and overall worth the stay! The space itself is very nice, but there were a few minor drawbacks. The floors were quite dirty when we arrived, and the upstairs bedroom gets extremely bright in the morning. Because of the skylight and the lack of curtains on the upstairs windows, there isn’t much privacy, and you won’t be able to sleep in past sunrise. Despite those details, it’s a nice property and we enjoyed our weekend.”

“Unconventional but extremely convenient and seamless check in. Very attentive staff. Would be happy to stay here again!”

“I was very pleased that it was a pet friendly property, but we checked in early, but supposedly it had already been cleaned. It smell clean and looked clean until you started walking and your feet were sticking to the floor and I took a shower and there is a hairball, which I left right there in the upper left corner of the shower on top of the shower surround and I had to purchase a mop and bucket to clean the floors so that I can walk around in my socks I want to turn on an air conditioner in……
