“The house was clean. Everything was comfortable. I loved having the ability to set the temperature in every single room. In our case, we had all sisters at different stages of their life so believe me when I say we all want the temperature at a different setting, so it was great. Everything was fully stocked and we were in need of nothing except for groceries. We really loved the backyard and all the cushions being secured in a safe drive place was very nice touch. Also love the grassy area. Got……

“Hubby didn't like how the shower in the master bedroom didn't heat quickly as it should. Hot tub is more like a warm tub, but a GREAT hottub. 2 Bucket seat style areas and 1 that gets your hips real good with the pressure. Really good tub! Heat not super hot tho. The house was almost 90 degrees when we checked in. Itd be nice if it was programmed to be cool if the owner has control over that. BUT that is a big ask lol! I loved the place. “Met up with my siblings for the second time at this hone! We love it! It was so spacious for cooking, eating and visiting. Master bedroom and bath were huge!!! Nice green backyard with a breeze. Busy street for a walk, but quiet streets nearby and an olive preserve suited the bill. Very quiet inside the house.”

“This was an excellent location for a retreat. It was expansive with plenty of places to gather and to be alone. There were plenty of large bedrooms and private bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect for group meal preparation. The game room was a fun space to turn off the work and enjoy some recreation.”

“Rented this house because I had a wedding to go to in Foresthill. Wow - this is like a treehouse -your view is the forest. The wrap around porch is where you spend most of your time - very tranquil and relaxing. I would highly recommend staying at this house if you need a getaway to be able to relax. “Overall, excellent. We stayed 2 nights in winter. Roads were clear. A few other homes in sight but strong sense of privacy. Heating and cooking were good. Good tmobile data reception. Didnt try streaming. TV with DVD player and HDMI input. Driveway is between Bonnynook Rd intersection and american flag. Home is very clean and well equipped for your stay. Hosts are very accommodating and friendly. Top rating.”
