Home away from home
This was the perfect get away for a mid week ski trip to sunrise. The place was warm and cozy when we arrived. My kids enjoyed the multiple different games they could play along with the giant snow piles between the cabins.

Great Mountain Getaway
Perfect for a winter getaway. Cozy cabin, yet big enough for our family of 5. Loved the fireplace! Saw lots of wildlife and spent a lot of time sledding. Host was very responsive. Definitely recommend!

Loved this cabin! Loved Greer this was very suitable for our family and we throughly enjoyed our Christmas stay! The kids had so much fun sledding and it was about a 15 min drive to the spot where we went seversl times. Katy is a great host! Thank you so much

A fabulous stay in August.
This is our second stay in this cabin in Greer, It is an outstanding cabin in an outstanding location. The cabin is immaculate, and well appointed. We will be back, and we'll recommend it to our friends.

Very clean. Close to town. We had difficulty with the lock. We would have liked to try out the gas fireplace in the evening but there were no instructions. Contacting the owner was fruitless. We could never get the email system to work. That being said, it is a lovely setting.

Very nice remodel but needs some attention to convenience.
We enjoyed most everything about the cabin except for the couch it was very low and hard to get in and out of. Needed the feet on it. Also no coffee table, no end table and no lamp in that area. Therefore, that room was not convenient for relaxation. Very clean, nice linens and bathroom.

The location of the property was by a very busy road. Hard to get rest.
The mattress in the master bedroom was terrible. It has a momory top, once you lay on it you can't get up. The patio roof leaked.

Amazing experience in the center of Greer. Middle point for Big Lake, mushroom forraging areas, Alpine, Pinetop. This cabin can easily fit 6 people. Clean and cozy! Owner very responsive.

Celebration of Life visit
When we needed to find a nice place to stay for my Uncle's celebration of life and this was the perfect spot for our family. It was right off the main road through Greer and just the right size for our small family gathering. It was very clean and right off the creek with a porch swing for the kids to sit and watch the deer and bunny rabbits right outside out cabin. I would definitely recommend this spot if you have a 5 or less in your group and enjoy nature right outside your door.

Incredible Weekend
Katy and her husband have a wonderful cabin. We did this trip to celebrate my son’s 13th birthday. He was more than satisfied (and it’s hard to impress teenagers). The location is perfect- in the heart of the White Mountains. Katy recommended excellent restaurants. In short, everything was cozy and perfect.

Cabin is very clean, modern, and well maintained. Plenty of amenities makes staying feel like home. Big bedrooms (2) with ample space for kitchen and dining. Cozy sitting area with fireplace. Great for family of 4-6. Enjoyed our first visit to Greer, AZ. Planning to visit again next winter!

Great cabin in a great location
We stayed at this property during a December elk hunt. We had four adult in the hunting party and the accommodations suited us perfectly. The cabin has all the necessities for cooking and a gas grill on the property. And it’s located near a lodge so that we didn’t have to cook every night. There is plenty of parking to accommodate the vehicles that we had, as we all drove separately. I was very satisfied with communication with the owner, her responsiveness to messages and willingness to extend our stay if we needed. We were able to fill our tags early and stayed trough our initial reservation. I will definitely stay at this cabin in the future.

Our stay in this property was so calming and refreshing! The whole house and arrangements were well organized and clean. She had just about everything we needed for a pleasant stay including a big screen smart TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen with just about all a house fully furnished would have, two beds for our two children, a bed for my husband and me(in a different bedroom), and clean floors. Thank you for our inviting stay in cabin 2!

This is the cutest cabin in the cutest little town. It is pretty spacious: 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Definitely can fit 6people if need be. We had a wonderful time.

Also the owner would message me with the answers to my questions pretty quick. Very peaceful area and cabin. We will be looking into renting this cabin in the future. Cabin by the river
We had a nice time splashing in the river by the bridge outside the cabin. Short walk to restaurants, short drive to the East Fork and lakes. Saw many elk and deer, caught perch and Apache trout Only negative was no AC on hot day had cabin temp at 80 until 10pm one night. Other nights there was rain which made the temp comfortable. A portable plugin AC would help. We would return but may pick cooler dates.

This was such a clean and modern cabin. Very beautiful inside and out. All the little things from kitchen utensils to children's games were very well thought out. One of the beds even had a trudle (extra pull out bed) which definitely came in handy for the little one. There's dining and a convenient store near by, and a few neat fishing spots within walking distance. The only downfall was being close to the road where you can hear the vehicles up and down, during the day wasn't bad, but early morning was a bummer, other than that, I'd definitely recommend!
