The Space:
This recently updated 1,918 sq ft home blends rustic charm with modern convenience. Renovations include new flooring, paint, showers, and appliances.
The spacious living room features a large sectional with a full-size pull-out sleeper, an electric fireplace, board games, and a smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video. The dining area seats 6–8, with an additional desk for remote work. The adjacent eat-in kitchen includes a gas range, oven, small appliances, and cookware.
Bedrooms:
Primary Suite: California king bed, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks.
Guest Room 1: Queen bed.
Guest Room 2: Twin-over-full bunk bed.
All rooms include closets and dressers. The second bathroom features a walk-in shower and a single vanity. A full laundry room is available.
Note: The cabin does not have air conditioning, but Greer’s cool climate and nighttime temps keep it comfortable year-round.

Guest Access:
A 4-digit access code will be sent before your arrival. The home includes parking for up to two vehicles. The rear ramp entrance is recommended for easier unloading.
The Neighborhood:
Located less than 10 minutes from Greer Village and 15 minutes from Sunrise Ski Resort. The property backs up to Hall Creek Canyon and national forest land, offering serene views and private forest access.
Getting Around:
Access is via a shared gravel driveway. Please do not block the neighbor’s drive. Guests are encouraged to use the rear entrance for loading and unloading.

No pets, smoking, vaping, or drug use allowed.
Wi-Fi is provided via Frontier (suitable for texting, calling, and basic browsing).

Trash service is included.
Children must be supervised near forested areas and the canyon.
The front porch overlooks a neighboring pond.
The cook-shed, tent frame, and storage van on the property are not available for guest use.
A $250 damage deposit pre-authorization is required before arrival.

As our guest, you can fish the Little Colorado River (AGFD license required) or at the Resort’s private trout ponds. Located at 44 N Main. St. Greer, AZ 85927.

During these times, while cabin bookings may still be available, please note that the grounds and barn will be restricted for event use only. If you have already booked a cabin during one of these dates and prefer to cancel due to the grounds' privatization, we are happy to assist with rescheduling your stay.
Wedding Dates
If this cabin appears unavailable during a summer or fall weekend in 2026, please check back about two months prior. At that time, wedding blocks are released, and the cabin may become available.
