Our cozy, modernized apartment in the gabled upper floor combines plenty of wood, natural light, and alpine charm. The open living area with integrated kitchen creates a bright and relaxed atmosphere. On the large south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sun and unobstructed mountain views, while the second east-facing balcony is perfect for starting the day in peace.

The apartment is equipped like a second home, with a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, spices, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Just a few minutes’ walk away, the surrounding nature invites you to enjoy walks, hikes, and cycling tours. Well-maintained paths lead to nearby lakes and mountains, such as Tegernsee, Kirchsee, and Brauneck. Those seeking quieter experiences will also find peaceful trails, clear springs, and our lesser-known local peaks away from the busy spots.

The spa town of Bad Tölz on the Isar is worth a visit with its historic old town, cafés, and cultural offerings. Within about an hour, you can reach Munich, famous castles such as Neuschwanstein, and even our Austrian neighbors at Lake Achensee.

We are happy to share personal tips for longer tours, beautiful places, and great spots to eat. A lockable shed is available for storing bicycles.
