“This was our third time at the resort and noticed that the hotel seemed to be experiencing a shortage of supplies like no shampoo/ shower gel in the bathroom , only one towel set when there was 2 people in the room, not stocking the room fridge , running out of water bottles in the cafe, no beach towels. However staff did try their best with the limited resources available to them. We had three rooms and checked out on 1st June but we were charged for not returning 2 room keys , even though I do……

“I recently stayed at the Bayhouse it was a nightmare my air conditioning wasn’t working three out of five days I was there. My air conditioning wasn’t working leaking water they said a technician fixed it the following day it still was broke. My water was cold and lukewarm, not really what you consider hot. I got fly bugs in my room thousands of them was In my room and also in my shower. They told me all the rooms were full and I can’t move rooms. I spent over 700 usd and feel robbed from a good……

“The property itself is very nice, however the experience at the front desk checking in was not that good. The last thing one wants to do is to try to remember 20 plus things someone is saying to you about the amenities etc. after you have traveled for over 10 hours and is tired and beat! I think a print out of those things would be extremely helpful to give to guests instead of someone saying it while one is trying to fill out forms. The gentleman at the front was not welcoming at all. The other……

“Interesting experience When I first got to the hotel, it took my driver a good 10 minutes driving around to find the reception. There are no signs. Then, I walked up the stairs to the reception and asked for someone to help with my 3 heavy bags, the woman at the desk just looked at me. Meanwhile, my driver thankfully, carried all 3 bags up the stairs in the time she’d managed to call a colleague. The colleague brought my bags to the room but first was treating me as if I was a friend he……
