The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and waking up each morning felt like a dream. Dining at the resort was an experience in itself. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The variety of options ensured there was something for everyone, and the service at each restaurant was top-tier. The ocean views are just breathtaking. The attention to detail throughout the resort is unmatched. What stood out the most was the level of customer service, staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. It felt personalized, not just professional. Overall, this resort delivers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. "This resort is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Grand Anse Beach. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast is lovely — especially the pancake station (thanks, Asha!). However, it’s worth noting that the hotel isn’t actually part of the Radisson group, so usual perks don’t apply. The rooms are spacious with great balcony views, but the property feels quite dated — especially the bathrooms, which need upgrading. Common areas were dated and cleaning could be more done more regularly. The resort is large and confusing to get around, and many guests seemed lost, so better signage would help. Food is decent but overpriced and limited to basics like burgers and grilled fish — the “fish of the day” was always tuna. Overall, a nice location and great staff, but for the price charged, the experience doesn’t quite match expectations."

"Room was clean. Staff was Wonderful. Mrs Sharon and her family did an excellent job. Thr Reef is absolutely a Gem..being able to have all your necessities with such a laid back vibe. I had the Honeymoon Suite.. my own private pool was so nice.. literally steps away from the beach..the only thing that was a shock was the hill on the driveway .. which is nothing compared to everything else. The view of the stars at night was absolutely beautiful. "

"Great stay with great vibes. We loved the dodgy dock restaurant and bar and the beach pool. The resort has some wear and tear on it, but definitely did not affect our enjoyment of our stay."

"Only stayed one night. Stayed the night before we went into Sandals. Service cleanliness was excellent. The restaurant was very good. I had the risotto with some of the best risotto I've ever had.. restaurant open an airy, staff very friendly. Highly recommend will be staying there in years to come."
