“Booking request was not honoured. I booked oceanfront, ground floor with two queen beds and they gave me what they felt like based on their assumptions. They promised to change the king bed to two queens but never did. Calls to reception/front desk/concierge were mostly unanswered. The minibar was unstocked at check-in, raising questions about the room preparation, and we never received the coffee-maker as promised. The room was very basic and dated - there were rust stains on the lampshades.……

“The property over all was great. The staff was friendly helpful and went out of the way to accommodate the guests. Was there for my Bday and the staff acknowledged it with a simple surprise. The thought counted.
There some renovations going at the property but those renovations did not interfere with amenities.”
