Geräumige Wohnung, Zentrumsnah

Die Wohnung ist groß und sinnvoll angeordnet. Das Schlafzimmer geht zur Hofseite hinaus und es ist nachts ruhig. Die Couch hat Flecken und es gibt zahlreiche Bohrlöcher in der Wand, nicht alle Lichter funktionieren und Zigarettenbrandlöcher auf den Nachttischen. Hosts sind nicht rund um Uhr erreichbar. Praktisch einen Zugang zur Parkmöglichkeit zu bekommen, da dies nicht einfach in dieser Gegend ist.

l'appartement est bien il conviendrait quand même d'avoir un état des lieux contradictoire car en arrivant on découvre plusieurs choses détériorées :brûlure de cigarette,couette tachée ,vitre cassée,cafetière cassée , clic-clac bloqué ,télécommande défectueuse,poele graisseuse . Alors grosse crainte pour la caution

très bonne situation, appartement très agréable, super séjour en famille

c'était très bien, dommage l'aspirateur n'aspire pas vraiment, le dressing dans la chambre a des étagères qui ne tiennent pas et des fils électriques denudés dans le salon . En dehors de cela , c'était très bien .

Entièrement rénové et bien situé à Grenoble

Appartement entièrement rénové situé dans un immeuble ancien. Procédure de récupération des clés compliquée. Garage difficile d'accès et saturé mais possibilité de parking payant devant l'immeuble. Communication avec le gérant majordome-privé par email uniquement.
