「The host was nice and made sure I had everything I needed. They even went the extra mile and bought me a gluten free mini birthday cake when they found out it was my birthday. It was quiet and relaxing, just what I needed. I never went into town but it wasn’t far from town. I wanted a break from the business of the city and this did not disappoint. I am already planning my next visit. 」

「The first thing my family and I said was "wow" when we walked in. This is the cleanest and cutest house we have stayed in. Erika is a thoughtful host- from a cute smore substitute due to the fire ban, to towel bundles, to laying hay by the fence so the animals would come by to eat. It's a nice location to be somewhere quiet, yet easy enough to get to the waterfalls and such a long the river. 「My son, dog and I stayed here for 6 nights. He went to snowboard camp each day while I worked in the cabin. Strong internet able to handle video calls. Bathroom recently updated, airy and decorated well. Big washer and dryer, lovely deck to sit on in the evenings with the outdoor lights. Nice yard (not fenced in). Quiet, small neighborhood. Lovely to walk around. "Even Better Ifs": Needs a recycle bin, ice trays and a curtain on the window in the loft.」

「Check in was a breeze. This was a perfect little neighborhood to walk our dog, Dexter. The little trails throughout were fun to check out and some lead right down to the Sandy River. This location offered a central spot for us to venture on hikes and bike rides. We very much enjoyed sitting in the hot tub in the evenings. 」

「Overall, it was a great “cabin” stay. It was exactly what I wanted. The furniture and decor was perfect. The upstairs layout was different, but we made it work. Couldn’t figure out how to get the upstairs ceiling fan to work, made a note should be added for the next guests. There were lots of amenities that we didn’t take advantage of, but would have been nice if we spent more time in the cabin (games, movies, books and kitchen goods). The shower products were great! Would book again if...

「Loved everything about our stay in this unique mountain cabin! The sound of the creek, the whispering of the leaves in the trees and exploring near Mr Hood were exactly what we needed. 」

「This home has everything for a great ski vacation. The house was immaculate. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Beds were super comfy with both firm and soft pillows. Plenty of extra blankets. Lots of games and movies. Close to skiing, sledding, restaurants, etc. We will absolutely be visiting again!!」

「Lovely cabin in a nice area close to Mt. Hood Village. The communication from the Meredith management group was good as well. Here are a few notes: 1. Pay attention to the directions they give you, Google/Apple maps will not take you right to the house 2. The kitchen is well stocked and it is easy to cook in this house 3. The bathroom is really big and roomy, a luxury for a cabin like this 4. The door code was a little tricky to figure out, you need to hit * after the code you are given...
