"The room was adequate and clean. The beds had creaking springs. The bathroom looked like it was being renovated but it was unfinished. The parking lot was fine. Didn't use the laundry. The staff in the front desk were friendly. Mary Lou checked us in and she was great. The other staff, a young man and an older man were both pleasant."

"The front desk guy had his feet upon the desk and did not stand up til the very last minute to deal with us. He was not friendly at all. The room was fine. When we checked out the next morning a different guy was out on the couch in the lobby. He said we were good to go then asked my husband if he had a cigarette. Not professional at all."

"We stayed here for an extended weekend to host our son’s small, intimate wedding ceremony, and it was absolutely perfect.The immaculate grounds created a beautiful, private, nature filled setting that felt like a true storybook oasis. Our wedding photographer was in awe of the scenery, with so many stunning photo opps. The bikes were fun on the adjacent trail and super convenient to coffee and shops.There was plenty of space for our group, and the cottage was a charming bonus suite. We loved the fire pit, playing outdoor games, ping pong and foosball. We prepared meals and hosted in the well stocked kitchen, and gathered easily around the large dining table and the deck. So many indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy together or sneak away to. Such thoughtful touches everywhere. We had fresh eggs from the chicken each morning, and met the resident rabbit. It made the experience feel extra special.Barry was phenomenal with excellent communication and support. We truly could not have asked for a better place to celebrate such a meaningful weekend."

"Plenty of space for a large group in a quiet neighborhood close to shops. Communication with owners was timely, although we didn't have the access code until we arrived at the house and had to send a message.Unfortunately, the bedding was not clean and had to wash all the sheets and pillow cases, which revealed stained mattresses and pillows. No window covering on the patio door in the primary bedroom, which meant waking up with the sunrise. Ended up leaving a day early so we could get some sleep. This could be a gem of a rental with just a little refresh."
