"Great location "

"I booked a Deluxe Double Queen at The Mark Spencer Hotel for a quick family visit, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and check-in was a breeze. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with a perfect mix of modern comfort and classic charm. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it hard to get up in the morning! The location is also unbeatable. It’s right in the heart of downtown, which made getting around Portland easy and fun. Even though the hotel is centrally located, the room was quiet and felt like a relaxing retreat after a busy day. I would recommend The Mark Spencer to any traveler families, couples, or solo adventurers. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Portland!"

"Nicest staff"

"The room was nice and quiet and our bed was very comfortable. The only thing was that the blackout blinds didn't fully close, but that is pretty common with hotels. The staff was very nice and professional and the location was very convenient."

"Everything was great about the room and service. Parking was quite challenging for both front lobby and room location, but I suppose that’s unfixable due to the city layout."
