there was black mold on the walls, dirty/stained sheets and musty unbearable odor. Had originally 3 nights but checked out the very next day; they refused to refund me for the last 2 nights and stated " we cant; you did your reservation through expedia so ask them for a refund". Also refused to give a printout final statement at least get my employer to pay for the unused last 2 night.

The room was clean, but had problems. The door knob on the bathroom door was loose and barely hanging on. Both faucets were so hard to turn on, I could not do it. The outside door was also hard to enter. The breakfast provided consisted of coffee, orange juice, mini muffins and bananas. That was all. I will never stay at that hotel again.

The room was cleaned by us only and not the staff. We had to ask for items instead of them asking and had to sweep and vacumm. They barely gave us wash cloths and towels and it was 5 of us in the room.Wasnt pet friendly at all and kept pulling money off my card piece by piece

It served its purpose

Nice guy at front desk have stayed here before because we like the handicap accessible room but this last time we did kill a cockroach in the bathroom. The hotel needs some serious updating but it served its purpose.

The non- smoking room was smoking and the furniture had stain marks and cigarette burns on the chairs. Went to front desk to ask for a different room since I had children and am severely allergic to cigarette smoke and they said to suck it up and deal with it because it was a non- smoking room and that they have no other rooms available. I said we booked a room that was non- smoking and if they could not accommodate us to please give us a refund and they said no. They ended up giving us a different room after arguing with us for over 20 minutes but it was still disguisting and smelled but a little better than the first room but still very disappointing. And they still refused to give a refund. The following morning we went to get breakfast and they had nothing (at 7:45am). Only juice. We asked if they were getting food and they said no they had nothing and could not accomodate. Overall, very disappointed in this place and the staff. Do not recommend!

I stay at this property twice a year when I go to GA. Overall it is a convenient location for me. Sometimes the people who are in the rooms can be a little noisy in the evenings. But that is not every night. The staff is very nice.
