Where do I begin?
1. Let's start with that LOUSY (and that's my polite way of saying it) breakfast. The first morning, I skipped breakfast. It's the second morning that revealed how much the service there has gone DOWNHILL (I've stayed there numerous times over the last two years).
I went down for breakfast around 8am (the hours are 6am - 9:30am). The breakfast options consisted of a metal warming container with egg patties (I won't call them omelets because they weren't) on one side and sausage patties on the other), Corn Flakes and Froot Loops in their respective dispensers, orange juice in a pitcher inside the cooler where the yogurt cups were), and a waffle maker with no supplies or ingredients to make them.
That so-called "breakfast" was absolutely embarrassing, to say the least! And it was the worst breakfast I've had in the two years I've stayed there. Who would prepare those few items, call that "breakfast," and feel proud of what they did?
2. Upon checkout (on Wednesday, December 31 @ 11am) I told the desk attendant about two issues with the room: stains in the tub and the filthy bathroom floor.
First of all, she made it abundantly clear that she was not interested in actually addressing either issue (her tone, facial expression, and fake smile made that clear).
And just so we're all on the same page here... I've NEVER posted a review about this hotel in the 2 years I've visited.
I have more to say, but I've exceeded the character limit for this review.
