Nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría, les escribimos comentándoles el problema, nos dijeron dónde estaba el calentador, y este estaba al máximo, se lo dijimos y no obtuvimos respuesta. Pedimos que nos cambiaran las toallas porque soltaban muchas pelusas y tampoco obtuvimos respuesta.」

「on Expedia, this was supposed to have a queen bed and a "large twin" bed. The only bed was queen bed bit there was a small uncomfortable couch (no cushions, bedding, or pillows). When we complained, they said we could sleep on the couch.」

「Once we found the location it was lovely. It was wonderful to have a sitting area as well as a pool to relax in after being out all day. The location is very safe and very modern. Our space was roomy and provided all we needed to cook our own meals and relax well. The person we communicated with via WhatsApp was very personable and responded quickly. On site staff (grounds people) were kind and accessible. It is difficult to find as it is surrounded by a high fence with green covering. ...
