Magnificent 60 m² apartment, fully renovated in 2018, with exceptional views of the sea and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Located in a quiet, secluded setting within a beautiful 25-hectare park, you can enjoy numerous activities including a 1200 m² aquatic area with a wave pool, water slides, a heated pool (open from April to November), tennis courts, table tennis, basketball, football, walks around the lake, bicycle rentals, a spa and massage services, a restaurant, a grocery store, evening entertainment, and a kids' and teens' club.

The apartment has just been renovated and features high-quality furnishings and bedding.

It has two bedrooms: a master bedroom (double bed) and a smaller bedroom (bunk beds for two), and two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and sink, and one with a shower, sink, and toilet. There is no washing machine, but a laundromat is available on the grounds.

The living area comprises a kitchenette (sink, hob, fridge-freezer), a bar, a table and 6 chairs, and a lounge area with two sofa beds (2 single beds).

The terrace is spacious: a dining area for 6 and an outdoor lounge area.

The apartment is ideally located in relation to the reception and the aquatic area (close but quiet). There are no overlooking neighbors, and the panoramic view is breathtaking.

One free covered parking space is included.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory (information provided upon inquiry or booking).
A security deposit will be required and returned at the end of your stay (information provided upon inquiry or booking).
Linen rental is available.The apartment has just been renovated and has quality equipment and bedding.

Sehr schönes Appartment. Uneingeschränkte Sicht auf die Bucht von Saint Tropez. Ausreichend Küchenuntensilien sind vorhanden. Kommunikation mit Vermieter sehr gut, auch wenn man kein französisch spricht. Check-in und Check-out unkompliziert, auch ohne Französisch-Kenntnisse. Ich kann das Appartment weiterempfehlen. Ich buche es auch wieder.

Toller Urlaub mit traumhaften Blick auf Saint-Tropez

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer schönen Anlage. Sie ist super ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage und verdunkelbaren Vorhängen. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum. Man ist schnell am Strand und auch alles was man sonst im Urlaub braucht ist schnell erreichbar. Wir bedanken uns auch noch einmal bei der sehr netten Gastgeberin und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

14 sehr schöne Tage

Alles wie im Inserat versprochen. Tolle Pool-Anlage mit viel Platz / Liegen und 3 Schwimmmeistern. Zur Hauptreisezeit der französischen Sommerferien könnte es aber trotzdem eng werden. Nicht sehr großes, aber zweckmäßiges Apartment mit wirklich sehr schönem Blick von der Loggia auf die Anlage und die Bucht von Saint Tropez. Die großzügige, ruhige und gepflegte Anlage ist schon etwas älter und deshalb auch mit vielen großen Sträuchern und Schatten-spendenden Bäumen bewachsen. Wir waren mit einem 3-jährigen dort und hatten deshalb leider nicht die Freiheit auch Unterhaltungsangebote im parkähnlich angelegten unteren Teil am Abend/Nacht zu nutzen. Drei kleine Mankos gab es: Ich koche mit viel Engagement. Es gab leider keinen richtigen Backofen sondern nur einen Moulinex-Backofen. Als dt. Sender haben wir im Fernseher nur 3-SAT und ZDF-Info gefunden. Das WLAN ist zu schwach. Werden 2 Streaming gestartet, macht es schlapp. Saldo: sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren 14 Tage. Die Wohnung war sauber freundlich eingerichtet und von der Lage her top. Auch die Übergabe hat hervorragend funktioniert. Der Pool war auch sehr groß und schön. Kommen gerne wieder mal vorbei.

Traumhaft

Wir durften 2 Wochen im Mai bei Delphine zu Gast sein und waren begeistert. Eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung am oberen Rand der Residenz mit einem traumhaften Blick über die Bucht von St. Tropez. Anfangs hatten wir etwas Mühe mit der Buchung über Fewo direkt aber Delphine stand uns hier hilfreich zur Seite. Vielen Dank hierfür! Der Balkon ist überdacht , was bei der großen Hitze ein Vorteil war. Das Wellenbad ist geöffnet, allerdings wird der Wellengang erst im Juni aktiviert. Ebenfalls gab es einen weiteren Pool. Die Residenz verfügt über 2 Restaurants, von denen eines erst ab Juni geöffnet ist sowie einen kleinen Supermarkt. Für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung benötigt man ein Auto. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in toller Wohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist neu, sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht (Herd, Kaffemaschinen, Wasserkocher, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, sehr viel Geschirr). Die Aussicht auf den Golf von St. Tropez ist einfach fantastisch! Die Anlage insgesamt ist auch sehr schön und die Pools sind sehr sauber. Auch die Aufsicht ist sehr gut und bei Wellenbetrieb sind bis zu 3 Bademeister im Einsatz. Außerdem kann man wunderbar Sport machen, es gibt Basketball-, Tennis- und Beachvolleyballfelder. Für uns war es perfekt!

Schöne Wohnung und tolle Anlage

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit einem grandiosen Balkon inklusive Sicht über die Anlage und auf Saint Tropez. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in der Anlage und wieder sehr begeistert. Eine tolle Poolanlage, bewacht von 3 Bademeistern, die ein ständiges Auge auf die Badenden haben (super, wenn man mit Kindern da ist). In der Anlage gibt es ausserdem eine Wasserrutsche, Bolzplatz, Tennisplätze, Tischtennis und einen tollen kleinen Laden mit Lebensmitteln, in dem die Kinder morgens frisches Baguette und Croissants kaufen gehen können. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einmaliger Aussicht - Très bel appartement avec une vue unique

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll ausgerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht auf den Golf von St. Tropez ist wunderschön, die Lage innerhalb der Anlage optimal. Die Wege zu allen Einrichtungen sind kurz, dennoch ist es sehr ruhig. Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern (7 und 10 Jahre) hier und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen! L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très bien entretenu et propre et vraiment bien équipé. La vue sur le golfe de Saint-Tropez est magnifique, l'emplacement dans le complexe optimal. Les distances à parcourir pour accéder à toutes les installations sont courtes, mais l'endroit est très calme. Nous avons séjourné ici avec nos deux enfants (7 et 10 ans) et pouvons absolument recommander le logement!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Es war genau wie beschrieben. Eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem traumhaften Blick über die Bucht von Saint Tropez. Die Kommunikation mit Delphine war hervorragend. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte reibungslos. Wir haben uns sofort sehr willkommen iund wohl gefühlt. Wir können einen Aufenthalt dort uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Viel Licht, nur etwas Schatten

Das Objekt ist kleiner als gedacht, aber der Blick und der Balkon sind fast schon das Eintrittsgeld wert. Die Lage ist gut, im August ist man aber nicht allein vor Ort. Die Badelandschaft ist klasse und sehr kinderfreundlich, die Restaurants gut. Einkaufslädchen ist vor Ort, Parkmöglichkeiten im Parkhaus (Schatten!!) - alles prima.... empfehlenswert!

Schöne Anlage mit neuem Appartement

Die Anlage mit dem Pool ist sehr schön, hat große Bäume mit genug Schatten, die Liegen sind in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Das Appartement ist neu, man hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Das Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett für Kinder ist sehr eng und bedrückend, da es dort auch sehr heiß und stickig ist. Ein Nachteil ist, dass man keine Klimaanlage dazubuchen kann, da dieses Appartment privat vermietet ist. Auch das WLAN muss vor Ort bezahlt werden und funktioniert nur am Pool und ist seinen Preis nicht wert.

Schöner Urlaub an der Côte d’Azur

Die Wohnung liegt in einer gut gepflegten Anlage mit großer Poolanlage und Tennisplätzen. Vom großen und sonnengeschützten Balkon der Wohnung hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick in die Bucht von St. Tropez. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut geschnitten und war für eine Familie mit drei Kindern (9/6/3) optimal. Die Küche ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet und die zwei Badezimmer sind für eine fünfköpfige Familie perfekt. Der Supermarkt in der Anlage ist trotz seiner Größe sehr gut sortiert. Uns hat es prima gefallen und wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Fully recommended.

Clean and modern appartment recently renovated. Well equipped kitchen. Pool area daily cleaned. Extraordinary view over the Saint Tropez bay. Only issue has been the Wifi Connection in the appartment. I booked and paid for best quality Wifi and got worst. Free Wifi available at the reception. Overall, I can fully recommend this appartment but would only give 4 stars because of the Wifi.
