Overpriced Camping Ground

I struggle to understand how Les Prairies de la Mer is classified as a five-star property. The facilities and overall feel simply don’t match the category or the price point. There is no proper lobby area, the beach and pool resemble public facilities rather than a luxury resort, and the accommodation units are essentially simple containers with limited comfort. As a hotelier who has stayed at properties all around the world, I can say this is by far the poorest value for money I have encountered. The experience delivered here is worth perhaps one fifth of the rate being charged.

Un endroit splendide et sécuriser pour se ressourcer. Tout sur place pour passer d'agréables vacances ou week end. Grande piscine. De plus, la mer est toute proche si vous prenez. Les bungalow* son assez spacieux et trés bien agencé. conseil : Si vous etes 4 prendre 2 chambres pour éviter de devoir coucher dans le salon. NB Les Faré* sont plus proche de la mer. Séjour convenable Un point une nouvelle clientèle fréquente les prairies de la mer. Des clients ont eu un comportement. Cet endroit est devenu bruyant manèges le soir avec une musique trop forte à proximité immédiate des fares en première ligne sur la plage Je ne conseille pas cet endroit

Excellent séjour !

Le décor polynésien est fantastique, très belle plage avec une végétation très dense. Belle piscine. Les activités proposées aux ados ont beaucoup plus. Seul bémol sur le mobilhome qui n’était pas très fonctionnel et dont la propriété n’était pas impeccable. Je reviendrais quand même car l’environnement est top !

Ala Maldives resort on Côte d’Azur! Design is cool for a camping ! Depending on house you book the beach is far or just few steps. Drawbacks: no breakfast included, paid wifi, poor sound proofing.

Nice area, Grimaud is beautiful as with St. Tropez. However, do not be deceived by the cabins - they are not luxurious and we could hear people constantly walking past the cabin. Facilities are very good - however, the beach isn't the best.

Great place but some bad points our cabin

Excellent geografic placement, beautiful beach and pool, lots of activities. Excelent environment, well taken care of. Our cabin was a bit too ”compact living” (the Faro type). Unfortunately, we felt a bad smell of sewer on our porch which came and went during the whole week, we complained and someone came to confirm the bad smell but nothing happened. The wifi was unstable and slow most of the time, restart of the router did not help.

fantastic location

What a fantastic stay! We were one row from the beach. Our room and facilities were perfect, felt like we were in Bali! Right round the corner from the beautiful Port Grimaud, a 1min walk.

J ai passé une semaine avec mes 2 enfants de 15 et 12 ans aux Prairies de La Mer, dans un Fare une chambre. Les logements sont très bien, nous étions très proche de la mer, des commerces et des activités! Parfait!

Amazing

Even it was a short stay 4 nights but our kids liked it a lot, personals are very helpful and smili, I reall recommend it for families, for sure we will be back next year but for longer stay (8 to 10 days), nice clean beach, new opened swimming pool is huge, dedicated parking lot for each bungalow, close to port,many activities for all ages... special thanks for receptionist and the house keeper for their kindness and immediate action... we forget 800 euro in our bungalow and came back 2 hours after check out for get it back. Thanks a lot

Nice place to stay

Nice place to stay for a few days. Room was tidy and clean when we arrived and right on the beach which was lovely. The staff were very helpful in arranging activities and helping us with bus times to travel to local areas and even brought us some wine and gifts to the room as a birthday treat!

St. Tropez hideaway

I loved this place! Everyone gets there own cottage and it’s great! You can cook in or eat out, the beach is right there and there’s close access to the ferry to get over to St. Tropez. Service was good and it’s a great place to bring families or a group of friends.

Très bon séjour

Tout s'est très bien passé. Le mobile home était très agréable niveau confort et l'environnement apaisant avec la plage, les restaurants et les commerces à proximité. Le seul point négatif reste la température de l'eau qui avait du mal à se maintenir en passant à de l'eau brûlante à de l'eau glacée en 30 secondes. Pas du tout facile pour se doucher surtout avec deux enfants en bas âge. Le problème a été cependant résolu avec l'intervention du personnel.
