「This stay was one of the worst- especially for using Vrbo for the first time.We had ceiling leaks in four different areas of the apartment. When we messaged the host- they stated they would reach out to maintenance and get back to me.The entire weekend- I didn't hear from the host or anyone to fix the leaks. Vrbo asked if I stayed there or elsewhere? Clearly I already paid for a place- I couldnt just afford to get a different room.Awful. Would not recommend 」

「There was a little mix up with email, and i didn't receive the checkin email. I reached out and vrbo text it to me very quickly. I have a pending credit, that i should have already received, but have not yet, so for that reason I have rated it 4 stars. I was hoping everything would be resolved before i got this notification to rate my stay. I am hopeful that my credit will be posted soon! When reaching out, the host tells me to reach out to VRBO support and VRBO support says they see that...

「Apartment was a good jumping point to the Civic Center 0.6 miles away. The apartment had adequate space for sleeping, but didn’t have adequate space for seating to watch TV or eating. 3 people was a tight fit on the small couch and there’s no table for eating. It served our purposes, but might not work for a group of four staying for a longer period of time. Communication with the property administrator was easy through the VRBO app. Parking spaces were hard to come by on a Friday night. 」
