“Great location and property as described. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Location was good. Looks to be an up-and-coming area. A little bit of a hike, but walkable to downtown. Check-in was easy however there was no parking pass or fob as promised. We had to find street parking. We were told they could drop off a parking pass, but not until the day we were checking out. After the first night, our door code was disabled and we were locked out. Luckily there was quick communication with the host and they were able to remotely reset the code. Blinds on patio door didn’t……

“Filthiest place, not cleaned, no clean sheets, 4 towels in one bathroom no towels in the other. Dirty towels stuck to the floor behind the bathroom door. Floors were filthy not vacuumed at all in who knows how long. Sticky floors in the kitchen,food stuck to the stove, so awful! Food and dog poop under the beds.And to top it all off.. No batteries in the TV remote. I called and the owners told me they would send cleaning crew they vacuumed 1 room and removed the debris and poop from under bed……

“Clean and comfortable apartment.Would suggest a nonslip bath mat as the bath is slippery.And some real clothes hangers.Parking was frustrating at times as I had to park 2-3 blocks away.”

“Nice old house. Everything was clean and neat. Host was very good with communication.”

“Short story, what was supposed to be a cheaper one night stay, ended up with a towed car and a towing bill. No mention of parking not being available in the complex in the listing. No mention of parking rules in the check in email. By the time I got clarification, I was already at a concert with my car left behind so I wouldn’t have to worry about looking for parking near the event. The irony doesn’t escape me.”

“My overall experience was positive with the host, but I could not give the property itself a higher rating. The host was very nice, responsive, and worked with me when the property was not cleaned properly upon arrival. He also checked in to make sure things were going well. However, this property didn't seem completely ready for guests. As an older unit, I could tell some updates had been made. But the painted walls had cracks in them, the floor was slanted, the lower kitchen cabinets were open……

“I don’t like to give negative reviews but I feel future customers need to know what they’re getting into. 1st, the positives:The bed is super comfortable The space is cute and clean Now for the negative:Communication was horrible, parking can be tricky, and the amenities listed aren’t accurate. If you run into any trouble, don’t count on a timely response if any at all. We ran into several issues throughout our stay.
