Its quiet location in Grömitz combines convenient access to nearby amenities with proximity to the Baltic Sea. The beach and the promenade are about 400 metres away.

**Living & Relaxing**
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area offers plenty of space for enjoying your holiday together. The new, high-quality furnishings ensure a pleasant stay. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a filter coffee maker.

A 55-inch OLED TV awaits you in the living area. Underfloor heating ensures comfortable temperatures even on cooler days.

From the living area, you can step out onto the terrace with a small garden and ocean views. Outdoor furniture is provided for your use. An electric awning provides shade when needed.

**Sleeping**
In the bedroom, you’ll sleep on a box-spring bed with a sleeping surface measuring 180 x 200 cm. A 55-inch OLED TV is also available here.

The sleeper sofa in the living area offers two additional sleeping spots with a sleeping surface of 150 x 200 cm. This makes the holiday rental suitable for up to four people.

The modern bathroom features a private sauna. It’s convenient that it’s accessible from two sides. You can access the bathroom directly from both the bedroom and the living area.

The holiday rental is wheelchair-accessible and allergy-friendly. A washer-dryer is available for your use during your stay. Dogs are not allowed.

A private parking space is located right next to the house. You can store your bicycles in the lockable bike room. A charging station for e-bikes is also available there. Wi-Fi is included during your stay.
