"Arrived at accommodation but no-one there to check us in & had to go to another hotel and pay for another stay. N.26 claimed to have sent email with check-in instructions prior but I have not been able to locate said email. Plus if there was an issue they could have rang! very poor- take your money and run. They cancelled the booking on the day of our arrival meaning to ensure we would get no refund. Absolute fraudsters"

"L’appartamento è dotato di ogni confort, in posizione tranquilla, lontana dal centro abitato di Bormio (7min d’auto) e con una bellissima vista sulle montagne. Qualche pecca: troppa polvere sopratutto vicino ai letti delle bambine, posacenere con i mozziconi del precedente soggiorno in terrazza, cuscini troppi sottili, coperte troppo cotte. "

"Struttura vecchia, sporca e con riscaldamento inefficace. Bagni improponibili senza finestre, asse del gabinetto rotta e sporca . Cucina mal attrezzata è datata. Odore di chiuso ovunque : nonostante le temperature polari prima di ogni sonno dovevamo spalancare le finestre . La stanza con i letti singoli è sopra un garage /officina da cui salgono odori di gasolio e mantengono fredda la stanza perché il locale sottostante non è riscaldato. "If you're going to Livigno and you don't book this place, you truly will be missing out. It was by far the best place we stayed in a two week motorcycle journey through the Alps and Dolomites. "Terrible experience. The bathroom was disgusting. The property never responded or offered to change accommodations. The shower is full of mold and in terrible conditions. "

"Without being noticed , i found out that the location of the accomodation would be unknown until the day of arrival in Livigno. This is a issue that gives you the greatest discomfort . We were a bunch of friends, in diferent locations.I stayed at Roullete and I was not able to have Any ideea about my location until the day I arrived.(in spițe of the fact that when I booked I ve seen some pictures from the interior that Belongs to some other location. The worst thing is that they never notice...

"This was a great place to stay. It was a very short walk from the train station. There were several restaurants to choose from, and there was a bakery and grocery store nearby. It was a comfortable stay."

"Check in was easy. Very nice boutique style hotel. Staffs were friendly. The room was big and spacious with amazing view. The most cost effective and easy way to get to the hotel is bus even with large luggage. Head to bus stop once you get off the train. Catch the bus 601,605 or 606. All are about 5 min ride. From the bus stop it’s either 5 min or 2 min walk. The bus ride is covered by swiss pass and had enough safe for our 2 large luggage. "
