What's nearby

  • This is just one of many spectacular views from a walk entitled "Pas Du Loup". We started at Capluc, a cross on a peak above Le Rozier and did the entire circuit. It's still comfortably in my top ten all time great walks. If you suffer acrophobia it's one to be avoided. The area is also something of a mecca for rock climbers. The whole Goreg du Tarn is a special place for me because the tourist buses don't go there and it's reputedly the deepest gorge in Europe.

Fun resort, but make sure to read checkout rules!

A great family resort / lots of facilities & perfect for our 3 days. The staff were lovely & the apartment good. However we were not informed there were check out rules & We would need to view those rules on the hotel website. We left our apartment tidy & closed all windows & washed up & put away our breakfast items. We left our bed linen in a pile for collection but did not empty our bin. After we left we were charged Euro 50 for not abiding with the check out rules. Such a disappointment after such a lovely stay - if we had known about the rules of course we would have followed them. The hotel should have written instructions visible within the apartment. After contacting the hotel to explain we were told in no uncertain terms that we had broken the rules.

We had an enjoyable stay in a beautifully maintained and peaceful park. The surroundings were clean and well-kept, which really added to the holiday atmosphere. The cottages are on the smaller side, but we were aware of that when booking, so it didn’t come as a surprise. One downside, however, was the lack of air conditioning in any of the cottages. With the summer temperatures, it became very warm inside, and the portable fans that were provided didn’t offer much relief — they mostly just circulated warm air. As a result, it was very difficult to cool down the cottage and especially the bedrooms, which impacted our sleep quality. Opening the windows was the only option, but that unfortunately meant dealing with mosquitoes and their bites. Installing air conditioning would definitely be a worthwhile investment. Additionally, during the first week of July there was no animation team present — presumably because the French summer holidays hadn’t started yet. This might be ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, but with young children, we really missed having any kind of entertainment or activities. It was completely absent that week. All in all, it’s a lovely and well-maintained park in a beautiful setting, but on hot days and for families with children, there’s definitely room for improvement.

Ensemble satisfaisant. Belles piscines avec un toboggan bouée. La gérante du restaurant est géniale et très humaine! Buffet petit dej de qualité : viennoiseries, œufs, confitures, céréales, produits laitiers…pour 14,50€ Néanmoins la literie est de mauvaise qualité, et pas idéale pour les grands!. Il y’a trop de monde dans les piscines. Pas de transat après 10h. Pas de Clim.
Attention le prix des petits dej sur place ne correspondent pas à ceux indiqués sur Expedia mais la gérante nous a gentiment offert le déjeuner pour palier à l’erreur! Merci encore.

Réservation pour une famille avec 1 bébé de 3 mois et un enfant de 2 ans , nous avons eu le droit un logement accessible uniquement par escalier. Le but de la réservation était de profiter de la piscine chauffée qui en fait ne l’ai plus car cela doit coûter trop cher… ce serait bien de le préciser avant sur le site. Prix de la restauration excessif (mon avis perso)

Très bon séjour en appartement, la piscine est très agréable et chauffée. Seul bémol, aucun service de boisson ou autre hors haute saison (rien d'ouvert avant la première semaine de vacances d'été) donc pour boire un verre ou manger quelque chose, direction l'appart où la petite supérette (très chère) au sein du camping. La situation reste toute de même exceptionnelle avec un accès rapide à tous les sites touristiques. Cela reste une valeur sûre !

Bonjour, Logement pas très propre, vaisselle à relaver, salon de jardin très sale. Le frigo ne se fermait pas. Le restaurant une catastrophe obligé de repartir sans manger. La supérette vente de produit périmé, commande de croissant avec des manques. Commande payée la veille mais refacturé à ma fille. Les gens mettent des serviettes dès le matin sur les transats. Il y a plus de transats réservés que de gens dans la piscine

Les plus : Logement propre et confortable. Pas de ménage à faire en partant. Beaux espaces aquatiques. Les moins : Remise des clefs du logement à 18h30 seulement. Trop grand trop de monde dans le village. Pas de climatisation, en Ardèche au mois d'août car le village est "eco responsable ". Animations très médiocres. Lit bébé facturé 12€, c'est la première fois que je vois ça.

Bon établissement, les horaires de l'accueil sont très courts, et tombent aix heures de bureau.. donc pas trop fait pour un séjour en déplacement.. sinon propreté et infrastructure top

Appartement bien mais......

Le village est vraiment bien entretenu. Par contre le restaurant a côté de la réception bon mais un service confus et vraiment très long (sa venait des cuisines). Les deux agents de sécurité que j'ai pu voir ne porte aucuns masques et vous parle de près et on va dire que le port du masques a l'air d'être oublier par l'ensemble du personnel et l'ensemble aussi des vacanciers. Un peu plus de rigueur aurait été mieux. Beaucoup d'activités à faire.

Super séjour ! Très bon établissement pour des vacances au top. Les piscines sont géniales, les villages est très beau.

A l'arrivée, pour récupérer les clés, ca été un peu fastidieux, beaucoup de monde, appartement pas prêt. Pour l'appartement, un seul rouleau de papier wc, après il faut allez à l'épicerie. Nous avions un appartement pour 4 avec un canapé convertible, vraiment pas confortable. Dans l'ensemble ca s'est bien passé, mais je ne pense pas revenir.

Week end automnal

Super week end très chaud en ce fin mois de septembre,nous avons pu profité pleinement du complexe aquatique avec une eau chauffée à 25°.Dernier week end avant fermeture donc service minimum.cela ne nous a pas dérangé.la résidence est calme,très grande,verdoyante mais tres éloigné de toute commodité .on y retournera sûrement pour un autre week end détente.On a pu remarqué que beaucoup d activité sont payantes au sein de la résidence.le studio est fonctionnel pour un week end ( pas plus)avec les services pierre et vacances incluses dans le prix.nous sommes satisfait .
