The villa is located in a very quiet housing estate, but note that during the summer season (from May to mid-September), the nightlife in the seaside resort of Porticcio can be lively (especially with music).

Shops and Porticcio beach accessible 8 minutes on foot.
Airport 15 mins by car.
Ajaccio 20 minutes by car or with the boat shuttle.

Living room with television.
1 additional sofa bed possible (in extra bed).

Equipped kitchen (Induction, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, ...) open to dining room with TV too.

2 bathrooms with shower (hair dryer, washing machine), 2 WCs.

Bed and bath linen INCLUDED.
