Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wenn das Holz für den Kachelofen knapp wurde, war sofort neues da. Wir werden nicht das letzte mal hier gewesen sein."

"We stayed in this property just for 2 nights, but got amazingly lucky in that when midnight hit on NYE, we were treated to a birds eye view of what felt like everyone in Garmisch-Partenkirchen shooting up fireworks all around us. From the balcony we sat as a family and took it all in. What a fun surprise! The property is right on the historic walking and shopping street. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything was clean, modern but cozy, and comfortable."

"We had a great stay. The apartment was exactly as described. We left the windows open for the cool night air and we slept well through the night. The town was very quiet when we visited (June, before school break), but it was just the quiet lovely space that we wanted. "Stayed for a week and split time sightseeing between nearby mountains and Munich. The location worked great for this approach with lots to see and do within a 1 hour drive (we chose to rent a car). The apartment itself is great with a satisfying minimalistic approach that I appreciate, iIt is comfortable and quiet and perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. The hosts were top notch with excellent communications and advice/help. Highly recommend."

"All the rooms were modern and a good size. The lounge/kitchen was well equipped with nice furniture. The bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower. Our car was unused during our stay, but left in a secure parking space at the property. Our e-bikes were secured over night in a locked garage. The easy walk into central Garmish was about ten minutes. With our bikes we were able to visit all the locations/towns around Garmish, via the dedicated cycle paths or minor roads and mountain trails."

"You can not get a better location to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the area. The view is breathtaking, the bike trail to Garmisch so close, the bus stop down the street, and the mountain trail almost at your back door. Perfect!! The Marion Haus family is a delight to work with as well and the garden, little pools of water and Fairy lights around the house very atmospheric. An overall gracious experience!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Kaspar's place. The location is beautiful with views of the mountains and forest. The apartment is simple and comfortable with everything we needed including a lovely kids play area outside. The real highlight of our trip was the welcome we received from Kaspar and his family who were very hospitable and included us in family birthday celebrations. We loved our stay and hope to visit again soon!"

Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und warm und wir sind immer gerne nach Spaziergängen im Schnee dorthin zurückgekommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Ausstattung der Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke vollkommen ausreichend."
