Welcome to your direct waterfront home! A dream cottage if you want to enjoy spectacular sunsets and serene ocean water views including Fisher's Island, Spicer's Marina, Groton Long Point shoreline, Mouse Island, and walk to Esker Point Beach (where there is a park with volleyball), short drive to Mystic. Charming and quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors.

This is a fantastic short term lease opportunity, for amazing direct waterfront access.

3 bedrooms (king, queen, full) and 2 full bathrooms. Composite deck in the backyard for entertaining. Sturdy hurricane windows. Furnished so all you have to do is move in and relax. Utilities included, Internet TVs (no cable), and high speed internet. Sorry no pets.

Fall Retreat

We loved everything about this property. It was the perfect retreat. Starting off with the little details of kindness left by the host, It also offered full access to the water toys( kayaks, paddle boards, etc to enjoy the ocean at your footsteps ), friendly neighbors in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful sunsets & sunrises from the back deck, walking distance to the local beach & restaurants and only a few miles from downtown Mystic. This property was an overall peaceful experience to bring our friends & family of all ages to soak in the blissful scenery. The host was extremely accommodating and communicated well with any additional questions or requests that we had. You don’t need to bring much as it’s fully equipped with all the essentials you might need. We created memories that we will cherish forever. We hope to visit this relaxing oasis again for our next getaway! Thank you again for a wonderful week !! Gratefully, Whitney

Great property good location to every thing or just sit and relax

From the moment we arrive it was a great trip the host was great the hose is very nice from the bedding to the kitchen the house has every thing you need and if not the host was a phone call away. Thanks again for every thing the Girls from Baltimore!

Very nice!

A great location, directly on a quiet cove on Fishers Island Sound. There is a wonderful porch to look out at the water, or you can sit outside on a variety of comfortable chairs. You can step down a short stair into the water-bring water shoes-and use the owner’s kayaks or go for a swim. The house was clean and comfortable. There is a nice beach a short walk away and a couple of good restaurants that you can easily walk to.

Lovely summer beach house

We had a lovely week staying at this spotless, cozy, perfectly situated house on the water. Great spot for kayaking, swimming, or just sitting and watching the boats, and also great for short trips into Mystic or sightseeing in Groton or New London. Kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed the deck as well. We would definitely recommend and return!
