“The house was neat and clean, modern and bright, with many windows. The beds were very comfortable. There was ample closet space. The bathrooms were modern, with walk-in showers, plenty of towels, pump-bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash. Check In and Check Out were easy. WiFi was easy to connect and use. We spent four nights here and didn’t regret booking this property. We were in Boston for a wedding, so didn’t have much down time. In the short down time, we sat on the swing set in……

“The property is gorgeous! I booked this specifically for the waterfall. There is also a large garden area to walk around. The stone wall in the Bedroom & Bathroom is unique & beautiful and also helps to keep the room cooler. There is a ceiling fan which we needed since it was 91 degrees when we were there. There is no A/C. The outside porch is lovely for sitting & watching the river. PLEASE read all of the instructions for check in, specifically the part for access. I had 2 VRBO for over 10……

“This cabin was perfect for us. It was clean and the cabin and property are absolutely gorgeous. We would happily stay here again. Kathleen was a great host.”

“The cabin was cute and cozy. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights/ 3 days while attending a wedding in the area. There was no wash clothes or hand towels for use. And only 2 towels. I reached out to the host and they were very responsive. The sink was clogged, and we couldn’t get it to drain. So when my husband was shaving, and I washing my face it turned the sink into a mess we had to clean. There were quite a few bugs in the house, and many bug traps. Given were we are located it wasn’t too……

“The cottage was perfect for our recent business trip to Massachusetts. One evening, we entertained some friends from a local business. One of the guys is interested in renting!”

“Friendly and helpful hostess greeted me upon arrival. VRBO app was very useful for communication. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. The TV had Netflix, but I mostly screen casted from my iPad while was there (16 days). Had my own entrance and parking spot in the driveway. I really can't think of any negative outside of a broken handle on the microwave, which was no big deal. Recommended!”
