「Room was clean but the air con made the room hotter, for the first 2 days it was like an oven, but it did cool down after a few days… Good location, but I found the staff uninterested and breakfast was poor」

「I paid premium rates expecting the bathroom shown online, but the room we received was nothing like what was advertised. The actual bathroom was down a flight of stairs, separate from the toilet, with harsh lighting that made it feel like a dingy basement motel. There are no photos of this type of bathroom on the hotel’s own website, so there was no way to know what we were booking.
