“Very nice property, clean and chic, all the furniture and amenities you need. Very big and specious. In summer can be very hot but the villa has Airconditioning in every room. Owner very nice and helpful, we communicated via WhatsUp for everything. The closest supermarket is 10 min drive away so plan your shopping well. ”

“Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind wie auf den Fotos dargestellt, einfach nur ein Traum.Der schmale Feldweg zum Haus ist gut zu befahren und stellte keinerlei Probleme dar.Die Eigentümerin war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes selbst nicht da, war aber stets gut erreichbar und es war alles wunderbar organisiert.Von dort aus ließen sich alle unsere Ziele innerhalb einer guten Stunde erreichen. Auch das Meer ist gut erreichbar, sehr weitläufig und mit Hund einfach……

It was very centrally located for day trips and we were available to explore the Umbria region which was also wonderful and better than we expected. One suggestion I would make is that directions for access to the internet and how to work the air conditioning could be included in a welcome booklet. Thanks Richard”

“Susanna and Gabriele are charming hosts. Communication with Susanna was excellent. On arrival we had a problem whoch was sorted out very quickly.The house is lovely and the view is amazing. The whole property was spotlessly clean. Local towns of Orvieto and Bagnoregio are in easy reach and there is a small supermarket in the next village.”

“Nice location, in the middle of nowhere. Comfortable beds and pillows. The VRBO description states that you get 3 rooms when renting, however, they actually rent by the room/unit. You need to know Italian to communicate with the host. It would be helpful if there were checkout instructions in English. The shower is extremely small, only for very skinny individuals.”
