"We enjoyed our stay! At first, the area could look a little questionable but we had no problems and it seems to be an area that is regreening. We went to a concert at TU and walked with no problems. Kitchen was well stocked. A few things- one shower door was broken so it had a shower curtain. The sofas were missing legs or very low. I don't think an older person would do well getting up and down. It had rained and was muddy and there was no side entrance to the porch. Minor issues but we all commented on it. As others mentioned, the door to the one bathroom rolls open due to the slant of the floor. We stuffed a towel in it to keep it closed. Overall, we'd stay there again. Very cute, well stocked, walking distance to TU. Owner messaged helpful information. "

"They sold my room before I checked in even though I had a reservation confirmation and receipt Area outside was really horrible - working girls drug dealers and a big guy with a batt walking around ! Will never go near this part of town again !"
