Fabulous house!

This house has been newly renovated. It is nice and modern, but also very comfortable and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Overall was a great stay. We loved the amenities, cleanliness, and location. We showed up and the trash in the kitchen had not been emptied from the prior guests, though. We did not have trash bags or paper towels available for our use, we opened up a ticket with housekeeping and never heard back. Overall a good stay.

Beautiful modern home. All amenities you could need during your stay. We had a well needed relaxing visit to Groveland. The community is very quiet. Wildlife present all around the property. Short drive to Yosemite was a plus! Enjoyed the patio views from both sides of the home. Ac takes a little bit to cool the home, but once it has some time it keeps the home comfortable. Well worth it and love all the decor and owner touches inside the home. Kitchen is well stocked for all cooking needs. Lake access and pool access are also a huge plus. We would definitely stay again!

Cute house, but

Very cute house. Clean, big enough, great neighborhood. The check in process wasn’t clear in my opinion. We drove around for an extra 20 minutes until we realized where we had to check in. That was frustrating. We stayed for two nights and on the first night, one of the bathrooms smelt so bad we couldn’t use it. Something was either wrong with the air vent or sewage system. I was in contact with the property manager and she gave me a few tips to bandaid the problem. It ended up subsiding, but that’s definitely it what I’d prefer to be doing on my vacation. Overall a nice house and would stay again if I could ensure the bathroom situation wouldn’t actually be a “situation”.

This house is completely adorable & cozy. With 4 couples it was truly spacious & comfortable. We loved having our morning coffee on the deck & watching the deers with their babies. While preparing dinner some of us enjoyed a Lady Pac-Man competition. We spent 1 day floating @ Pine Mt Lake which was nice, just wished we would have known the rules of the lake 1st. The residence in Groveland are very nice and helpful such a cute community. We also visited Lake Don Pedro which was close by too. I would highly recommend this house & if we come back to Groveland we would definitely stay here again
