"The reviews and description are right! You don't want to leave this place. We only stayed one night but wish we booked two! The views are amazing, such a peaceful environment. Beds were very comfy and oh my the sheets! I wanted to take them home ;) Pups were very friendly and loved to play fetch. Ryan was friendly, welcoming and one of those host you want to hang and drink a beer with. Hopefully we'll be back soon!"

"This house was clean, spacious, pet and child friendly. Our kids had so much fun with the games, toys, hot tub, and huge backyard. Very well organized and very thoughtful touches around the house for a vacation rental. Would highly recommend."

"We had an amazing time at this location! Seven of us stayed for a full week. It had a great layout with our older kids. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was clean and with the key code front door, it was super easy for our older kids to come and go as they pleased. It was 2 blocks from the ocean and so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere with no issues. It was clean and having a garage was really nice for all our beach toys and bikes. We had no problem parking...

"We had a such a fun family reunion at Zen Farms! It was easy to coordinate and a big property so everyone had room to relax. The house had plenty of room with a pool table, large kitchen for cooking and an outside bbq. The backyard allowed us to set up our cornhole and the kids could run around. Peri was awesome and checked our schedule to make sure the kids could feed the animals with her (which they loved). We will definitely be back next year!"

"Very clean, well-kept house; spacious back yard with lovely plantings. Host was very attentive but not intrusive. Short walk to the bay, coffee shop, an Audubon and other beautiful opportunities for hiking. Overall, a very nice experience. Would recommend."

"This is a newer house and everything inside was new, clean and bright, with pleasant decor. Host didn't respond initially through VRBO messaging, but once we connected they were very responsive and helpful. Plenty of parking in the area. Walkable to town, over the railroad pedestrian bridge. Occasional train whistles, but not an issue for us at all. The views from the deck are phenomenal!"

"This house was so perfect for our family vacation. The front house is better than the pictures and description. We used the back house only for sleeping and it was very comfortable and clean. In the front main house we used the kitchen for almost every meal. It is well stocked and everything worked well. The living area is open and roomy. The beds are comfortable. There were plenty of towels and linens and blankets. We did not use any of the beach gear in the garage so I don't know anything...

"Great location! We walked out to the beach and pier several times each day. Home is spacious and in good condition, online photos and descriptions are accurate. The home is a little noisy as the stairways are open - on the first floor we could hear folks talking on the third due to open stairways. Rooftop balcony is great for picnics and enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again - good value."

"The location of this home in Nipomo was great. Short drive to many free beautiful attractions. The rental itself had anything and everything you would ever need. The kitchen is massive and had everything to prepare meals. The neighbors and their pets were very friendly. I would definitely book this home again."
