  • Villa Vigini is a beautifully renovated and modernly furnished villa that offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, yet is conveniently located close to all the attractive destinations in Istria.
    Surrounded by lush green groves and forests, this villa is situated on a10,000 m² estate that is fenced and protected.
    The villa features5 en-suite bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 guests. It is a perfect place to enjoy your privacy and intimacy while also being suitable for various gatherings of family and friends. You can relax by the pool, throw a barbecue, or enjoy chilled wine and Istrian delicacies on lounge chairs and swings.
    For those who prefer an active vacation,4 adult bicycles are available to explore nearby archaeological sites, medieval towns, households, and wineries.
    The villa is located in the vicinity of numerous tourist attractions, such asGrožnjan, a picturesque hilltop town known for its narrow cobbled streets, houses, and artists.

    Welcome to our beautiful apartment, located in Makovci, in the Grožnjan municipality in Istria. This quaint town offers a variety of activities for guests of all ages and interests. Only twenty minutes from Umag, you’ll find the medieval town of Grožnjan, known as the town of artists and music. Once a Roman fortress, this charming town sits above the river Mirna, offering stunning views of about twenty remote Istrian places, and even the sea, stretching from Novigrad to Umag.
    For sports enthusiasts, the surrounding coastal towns, like Rovinj and Poreč, offer a range of activities including swimming, diving, boating, and sailing. The region’s beautiful countryside is perfect for those who enjoy the outdoors. The rolling hills, picturesque farmland, and charming villages create the ideal backdrop for hiking or biking along serene paths.
    Istralandia, one of the best waterparks in the region, is just a short drive away, offering a fun experience for the whole family.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war von Anfang an einfach fantastisch. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und alles verlief völlig problemlos. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich, der Garten und das Grundstück sind wie aus einem Traum. Eine absolute Empfehlung für Familien mit Kindern, es gibt so viel Platz zum Spielen im Freien, dass man eigentlich gar keine Ausflüge machen muss, wenn man einfach nur entspannen möchte. Wir würden dieses Erlebnis auf jeden Fall gerne wiederholen!

Ein wunderschönes, charmantes Steinhaus, sehr warm eingerichtet, somit fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Der Steinpavillon war meistens besetzt, da es dort immer kühl war und der Pool befindet sich gleich daneben. Sehr schöne Umgebung und sehr ruhig. Man kann sich entspannen.

Amazing house with a wonderful spacious terrace. Everything was really clean and we felt very comfortable from the beginning. The BBQ area and the kitchen was very well equipped so we cooked everyday. Communication was also very easy. We had a really great time and definitely want to come back.

Great Host, very uncomplicated! Super friendly communication. Location of the villa was great and exactly how Matea said. Villa itself was clean, very nice and good furniture and the backyard is huuuge, a lot of space for activities. Nice pool, nice barbecue area and the views are also awesome. Would book again!!

More than expected!

Fantastic villa in an exceptional position with a view where you can dream... We were 7 adults, 2 children ans 2 infants.. Villa gave our family exceptional living accommodation with the pool being our second home, we even moved our cooking into summer kitchen area next to the pool which has everything we needed,even the fridge :) Great land and nature around our 2 kids even wanted to camp outside how nice it is. Interior of the house is very nicely designed. There are few really good tavernas close with local Istrian dishes which even delivered us food when we wanted. House manager Ivona was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.

Schönes Haus in schöner ruhiger Lage ...

... allerdings könnte dort wesentlich mehr auf Details geachtet werden. Ein TV lief nicht, Glühbirnen zum Teil kaputt etc. Ein Doppelbett mit Bad in einem Extra Häuschen, was aus der Beschreibung leider nicht hervorging. In diesem Extra Häuschen waren sehr viele Fliegen (50+) die wir täglich beseitigen mussten, in kleiner Anzahl jedoch immer wieder auftauchten - unsere Annahme dass sie durch den Abfluss kommen - abgesehen davon war es dennoch ein schöner Aufenthalt, in einer schönen Anlage mit einem schönen Pool.

Beautiful villa in central Istria

My family and I really liked this beautiful villa in central Istria. Very spacious inside and out side, decorated with great taste. Pool is big enough and the kids really enjoyed the playground, trampoline, table tennis and big soccer field. Ivona was very responsive with all our demands even field the fridge with our grocery list :) Entire property is very well maintained. I would recommend this villa to everyone traveling with kids.

Amazing villa!!!

we enjoyed every moment spent at this wonderful home. Very chic great design every detail so tasteful and eye suiting. Estate is very big and great for the kids, playground, big trampoline, socker field.... we went for the great long walks in the area and the nature in this part of Istria is just amazing. Local agroturizmo which is just a few minutes drive away, has great local specialties and great view from its terace. We spent our best holiday so far in this house. Thank you Valentina for your help and great local tips.

Great stay

The villa is set in the beautiful central Istrian countryside close to Groznjan. The house is well equipped and tastefully decorated, and outside the pool and seating areas are lovely. The location is ideal for touring, biking and sightseeing with many interesting hilltop towns and coastal resorts within easy reach by car. We would not hesitate to recommend this delightful villa to anyone.

Great Stay!!!

The house is beautiful. Is has been refurbished with so much detail and care you simply have to love it. The location is great - in the middle of Istria so all tourist attractions are on a short distance drive, it is peaceful and tranquil and the view is stunning! It was so nice to return after a busy day at seaside or a beautiful city in the peaceful comfort of this home. Of course I do not have to mention the fact that the swimming pool is a big plus especially if you have children. I would re-book this house as well as recommend it to my friends so villa absolutely deserves the 5 stars!
